I thought Hippies avoided cliches???

Well I supose you would have to talk to these people in person or personally to know how much of a Cliche they are you can't just judge someone about a couple of things they've said that would appear a Cliche. Although I expect most people on here are Hippies or follow Hippie Ideals.

I wear tye dye, drive a kombi, named my kid zippety doo dah, have long hair, a big beard, wear john lennon glasses, say peace a lot and spend my life stoned, oh and my wifes called sunbeam, does that make me a cliche?

Why all the hostillity here? People have referred to me, an outspoken radical, as the town hippie for a while now, and where I'm from thats derogitory(spell check?). Anyway I've come to embrace it. I still think is rather non-conformist to be the only hippie i know. To all the people critisizing other here for conforming as "hippys", remember that being a hippie only means, in my humble opinion, that you're free to do your own thing, as long as it doesn't hurt others. Oh, and this place is called Hippyland.
