When he gets the stomach issues, all he does is stay awake all night in the bathroom.

I've encouraged him to take the last of some stuff he uses for that problem and to order some more.

That will be key to getting him moving.

Like you said, if you aren't able to rest then you aren't able to do anything.

 

Ugh this has been the hardest pounds to lose yet.... I keep getting so close to falling below 200, but it keeps creeping back.

I’m skipping lunch today. I have a head ache.

 

I like going to the doctor, it's the money and sitting around for 2 hours for a 10 minute talk that I dont like.

 

I had a energy drink and then Iayed on the couch and fell asleep for 3 hrs..

 

That energy drink was about as effective as Viagra on John Bobbitt

How i'm feeling this morning because THE SUN IS OUT

The internet forecast promised me full sun, but reality has not delivered.

 

Our forecast suggests scattered showers. I'm indifferent to it though.

 

I slept close to 12 hours. I never do that.

Also, I had 2 dreams about my former boyfriend.

After the first one, I woke and for several minutes I told him to stay away from me, my thoughts, my dreams, to never come back, etc.

Then, I went back to sleep and dreamed of him again.


That much sleep definitely doesn't agree with me.
