Once, I actually walked into a convienence store, and bought a pack of gum and a coke, only wearing a pair of flip-flops, just to see everybodies reaction.

Everybody just totally stopped what they were doing, totally stunned, and the guy behind the counter was trying to play if off like it was nothing...trying hard not let his eyes wander below my neck while he was giving me my change.

    It was fuckin hilarious. :sunglasse

    You should have been arrested.

Nudity is lovely in my opinion... but some people do not think so... and you should respect their opinions... and not parade nude around them... disrespecting them...

True, she could have been arrested, and that's sad. They even might have made her register as a "Sex Offender" just for being nude in public, and that's fucked up! I think being nude should not be offensive to anyone.

What is so feakin' offensive about a naked human being?! Aren't we all naked when we shower? Are we offending ourselves then?

I am ashamed of my fellow human beings for making the simple act of nudity a crime.

I do not find it offensive... yet other people are brainwashed by religion, and do.

Religion doesn't even say we should not be nude if we wish.

Also, even if "some" people are somehow offended by nudity, why should we have to cater to their close-minded feelings. I just can not see ANY reason why nudity should be a crime.

Even if nudity is illegal, imprisonment is rather harsh. A stern warning or a small fine would probably be better.

We can still respect their opinions and feelings but that doesnt mean we always have to agree with or cater to these people's opinions and feelings. Should they have to wear different clothing just because I find their sexual designs on them offensive?

Why would it be disrespectful to do something a good lot of people don't like? I disagree with the opinion that anything 'different' or even shocking should be interpreted as disrespectful. Many people don't like bare feet either (even if someone is fully clothed) -are bare feet 'disrespectful'? Part of my reason for going barefoot is spiritual in nature, respect to the Earth and universe. Lots of people really, really hate tattoos or piercings... is having them 'disrespectful'?
Long hair on men? To many Moslims the amount of skin a woman in shorts & tshirt is showing is offensive... of course they're a minority in most of the countries of those posting here, but if we should respect everyone's opinion, we have to go through life dressed in neat, long-sleeved, full length clothes at all times or something... Or would you suggest a specific percentage of people who are/are not offended, before something should be allowed?

First reform the thought process, and then act on it. There are alot of places where you can be nude with other people who like being nude... not everyone does... do ont impose it on people.

Not everyone likes tatoos or piercings. Should those that do like them, have to cover them up just to please others that may not? Of course tha answer is no, just as covering up your body should be a personal decision, whether others like it or not. Lets see, if they don't like it...can they just look away maybe?

What Spidey said... you didn't answer anything. How about all these other things that 'impose' on some people? Should we never do anything that might offend? Or how many people would we be allowed to offend?
And how can we reform any thought process if we all conform -I personally don't believe we can do that with words only... reforms come about at least in part by doing things differently. If people actually meet people who have an alternative look, whether pierced, tattoo'd, barefoot or nude (granted, nudity would shock more people than the other examples in most of the Western world), and see us go about normal business in a normal way, that will actually help acceptance.

Tattoos and piercings are accepted by society. Nudity is not. Going to public placse nude and offening people will truly not help it get accepted.

How did tattoo's and piercings become to be accepted (not by all though, still!)? Just by people writing articles about them until everyone thought 'sheez, of course there's nothing wrong with them', and only then going outside with a tattoo or piercing for the first time? Or by people who just got them anyways, and who took the flak, but who also went about their business?

Actually I do agree that it wouldn't work for anything too extreme. If you do anything too shocking, that would turn so many people off so bad they wouldn't be open for such a thing. But Cathy_Foxx lives here in the Netherlands according to her website link, and nudism is a lot more accepted here already... it's not fully legal but not completely confined to nude beaches either, you can be nude in 'any reasonable place' which means any beach, any pool, etc, even if it isn't actually designated as a nude beach or pool, and being topless is, AFAIK, already legal even outside those areas. So yes, I *do* think there's a chance it'd work to start taking it outside those places, probably starting with stores near the beach & hot days and such...

That doesn't mean it's not her. It's not a link to the front page or a random one, so why wouldn't that be her AdultFriendFinder-page?

People did not make it so fucken obvious... it's not like suddenly a person put on 10 tattoos and piecings... it was a gradual thing... so should this be.
