I met a girl who was also walking around barefoot, she said she liked by choice not wearing shoes and couldn't understand why most people wear shoes during summer, people should take the opportunity walking around barefoot when we finally have warm weather. I agreed. Afterwards we were dating for a while and spent almost all of our dates together completely barefoot.
14) Where is your favorite place to go barefoot? Cycle paths next to grass so you can divide your walks between asphalt and grass.

1) How often do you go barefoot during the warmer months?
I try to seize every opportunity that I can get, and during the past few years now I've been very successful. However, sometimes decorum and sometimes circumstances force my feet into shoes. In certain social situations bare feet just don't go well together with the required dress. A few years back I also accidentally stepped on a nail, and had to wear shoes to guard the wound from getting dirt in it. These things are just facts of life, unfortunately.

2) How cold does it have to be until you will wear shoes?
I don't decide this based solely on ambient temperature, but simply by the requirements of the current situation. I've worn shoes in summer heat where necessary, but I've also walked barefooted on snow, having gone as low as -10 Centigrade (14 Fah), where my limit lies, as it starts to get painful very quickly at that point. Suffice to say, once temperatures dip below 15 C (59 Fah), I start limiting my naked soles barefooting to home only, and wearing shoes in public places, mostly to avoid any hassle.

3) Do you wear shoes when you go shopping?
Winter, yes, because I'm outside of my home, where I can't control my surroundings. Summer, I try to avoid wearing them as often as possible.

Yes, many times now.

Yes. The premiere of Terminator Genisys in July 2015. The clerk at the ticket counter was completely indifferent to my choice of footwear, and I'm sure he saw them. Others didn't even see my feet, because the room was dark. Pleasant experience.

Non-stop? A 2-week stretch in July of 2014 during a record breaking heatwave, only interrupted because my feet were starting to get very sore at the end of it and needed a moment to recuperate, and because I needed to attend a wedding that mandated formal dress.

I'm a big boy earning my own money now, so they don't have a say in the matter.

During summers, nothing much. It's seen as perfectly sensible here. Winters are different, however. Snow walkers would be guaranteed to get weird looks, so I only barefoot at home during the colder half.

A child, a little girl to her dad a few years ago: "Daddy look, that man is barefoot!". Made me smile. It was a public parking lot, so I let it slide. I do hope that I inspired the little one to try this.

Home, the beach. And a nearby nature trail not too far from my home. I take barefoot walks there during the summers every chance I get. Soft dirt, leaves on the ground. You'd love it. Only problem is that during the month of May, it turns into a gnat hell, with hungry mosquitos trying to suck your blood. July to mid-August are perfect, though.
