Lonely and Confused

    I am very lonely and confused. A mature male that is addicted to masturbation and many other sexual fantasies! Love to read sexual stories and view pornography for long periods of time. Even am getting aroused thinking about writing this. Any advise?

    So sorry to hear your struggling. I have been a Relationship Coach for the past 27 years, along with being a highly sexual person, so my advice comes not only from career but my own experience. Nothing wrong with masterbating unless it becomes an addiction. I would say that the majority of people that suffer from addiction issues have "detachment issues". I would strongly encourage you to seek professional help

    Isn’t there a movement called NoFap as well? I’ve read forums there out of curiosity. Seems to be like group therapy for people addicted to masturbation and it being a major problem for them. Perhaps you may also find help there along with the aforementioned professional help if this is a problem for you.
