i just saved someone a bunch of money by repairing their rear wiper motor instead of replacing it...shaft was seized from not using it enough...brushes are not so good either but no one uses it ...just needs to work for inspection

also pulled airbag codes....honda you can just short out some pins and read the flashes...

next job trying to find the short in passenger seatbelt that is disabling the srs

 

Spiff: What should one look for if the overdrive/passing gear does not respond when the button on the shift knob has no effect? It won't shift down to go up a hill. Trans seems OK, because it will kick down with pressure on the gas pedal.

 

Ooops... That 1/4 muscle relaxer dumped me on my butt.

I hope that bad thing doesn't come back to get me during my nap because it's really difficult to get screams all the way out from the dream world to the waking world.

 

I'm going to tell them (a) that I generally distrust the police because of an incident I was involved in a couple of years ago, (b) that I won't vote to convict someone on a simple drug possession charge and (c) I would never vote for the death penalty.

id probably suspect the converter lockup solenoid but im out of touch with these computer controlled transmissions

for transmission issues i usually send people to the transmission shop because they do scans and diagnosis/estimates for free here
