But..but...black people just need to see the positive, uplifting side of slavery. Literally the dumbest thing i've ever seen written in all my years of HF. And i've seen some dumb shit
I thought the remark 'there's no racism problem in the US' equally retarded Like, if you don't actively discriminate on skin color and acknowledging the importance of MLK makes it impossible to be/act racist (as he tried to argumentize) Some people should just be forced to go back to school, adult or not.
I wonder if they had them in the church. "Jesus would want you to open carry he carried a sword". Actual quote I got from a NRA member. Yeah no peace and love be ready to stab a mother fucker. It's America like it or leave it.
Yeah, but did you notice the men are holding flowers and it's the women who are holding guns? It's feminism personified. It's crushing gender norms. That image represents so much more than just guns.
For a liberal, you sure like to racially profile others. You seem to know my whole backstory because of my color (or lack thereof). I'll entertain this post a bit though. Because to some extent, yes, while I do think being a victim is predominantly a state of mind, I think the black community has been victimized by 50 years of broken political promises and deserve reparation for it. Affirmative action isn't the answer though, as it's a racist policy. And the best way to distribute the reparation is not to give cash handouts, or raise welfare bennefits, instead it would be to build better schools in minority populous areas where it's needed most. If they have better schools, there'd be no argument left to lower their marking criteria to pass classes and get into colleges. If their test scores and living conditions improve to compete with those of well-off school districts. I also think vouchers are a good idea too. This is better than handing out reparation money to individual households, because while this sounds very harsh, most poor people really suck with money. And that's most of the reason why they're poor in the first place. Don't believe me? Look at what happens to lower class lottery winners. There've been several cases where they win millions, blow it all away so quickly, and wind up in debt and in worse shape than before they got rich. That's why they call the lottery "the tax on the poor." Hell, one hot rod builder I apprenticed for gave $40,000 to his (now) ex-fiance and her kids because she was in poverty. Rather than investing in herself, she takes that money and buys a bigger car and new fancy furniture. Maybe financial management needs to be a mandatory class in all public schools, not this soft science crap.
And you do realize that Affirmative Action disadvantages all Asian Americans regardless of their socioeconomic status, right?
When practically everything is racist, then sorry - cant help but be racist. The diet coke version of racist. Actually im not sorry. Basically you have to walk on eggshells and keep your mouth shut and spread your ass cheeks wide open to not be diet coke racist. You literally have to admit that white people are shit and that black people have it so hard and have every reason in the world to be struggling and it has everything to do with the fact they were slaves 150 years ago and nothing to do with anything else.
Bullshit. I've never done any of that and no one has ever accused me of being racist. Dude, to not be racist, all you have to do is not be racist. I'm marrying a Latina, I have two close black friends, a close bi-racial friend, an Asian frenemy, and a white BFF. My clique is multi racial AF and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Easier said than done. What is racist used to be very cut and dry. Now there is the diet coke version of racism where not prefacing your sentences with "as a white male" before you say what you think or using the word "eskimo" is racist. So yeah Im diet coke racist, big deal.
Additionally, now, if as a white person you are not a liberal activist, then you are racist. Because silence is supposedly passive approval. "Silence is violence."
Basically if youre not down at the BLM march screaming "Trumps a white supremacist!" then youre a racist.
I'm white and no one has ever called me a racist. Why? Because I'm not racist. I don't know what you're getting at with this whole diet Coke racism thing.
I'm not an activist (who has time for that shit?) nor have I attended a BLM event, and, yet, still have never been called a racist. To my HF people of color, what gives? You guys sleepin' on a bitch? Or is it possible that not all white people are racist?
Youre not around the same people I am. If youre not an activist then you are approving of all the racism going on.
