i' showing above zero all week except Saturday....we always get 1 big storm and i don't think its come yet

 

i dont always sign in, but when i do, its often to like posts like this i wish eggplant had more going for it, i think its delicious, but its pretty nutritionally defunct.

is that any red sauce, or just store bought? maybe homemade would be worth it. im partial to pink sauces. im going to make and can homemade sauces this year, and make some of them with the intent to thin them out with some cream sauce.
i love cooking. much yum.

Its not a B day to celebrate
Just the weather and not trying to elaborate

 

A management lady at work surprises me with a plate of Italian fried eggplant with this incredible sausae and cut on a angle sausages.

She's a Russian/jew ( that's what she calls herself) raised as strict Italian cook.

The dish of eggplant is so good. Words can't describe the flavor. And its her secret recipe brought down through the ages.

thanks molo...i spose that's why you don't see eggplant parm o many menus because it doesn't do much for you other than taste good....tbh i got the eggplant free and didn't have enough pasta to layer so the top layer was eggplant....

A claim to flame however is something completley different although I useually only make my claim to flame when farting near open fire

lemme finish my other story first....after the rough copy is done i am going to edit and submit it to a short story contest....i think i am changing it to third person though...take myself out, clean it up some etc.....i have half a doze long stories my sisters have been after me to write down
