i dont know what an alkaline filter is.
i know what an alkalizer is though.
alkalizers just alkalize the water , to my knowledge, but dont clean it

there is only 2 ways to clean your water: osmosis or distilling. or of course the good old charcoil filter (carbon)
i suggest you do that distilling, its way more beneficial

    I have an ozone purifier

I don't ever use it though, we do have really good tap water here. I probably should use it because it filters the chlorine but I'm lazy. And the chlorine taste/smell really isn't even detectable

ozone is another great way to purify your water.
    But distilling is king .

Whether you want to drink tap water or not is up to you. But you would definately enter the next health level and feel better when doing so. I suggest you take a look at the video i posted on here previously. It is about tap water. Just because it looks clear does not mean that it is clean! We have all kinds of chemicals these days which you could pour in a glass without eyes ever being able to detect them. Tap water in the US and in SPAIN has got around 300ppm when measured with a TDS but it looks crystal clear. Tap Water in Austria has got around 70ppm.

I can only speak for myself and the people I know who have begun distilling , we have improved in many aspects since we have been doing it. There is no need to justify dos and donts. If you dont want to do something then just let it be that way. You are the master of your body.

You are absolutely correct. Distilled water is not even considered suitable for use in hospitals when a patient is suffering severe infection.

    1. cancer is not a virus
    2. i have never said that arthritis "is caused by the stomach" . If you can read a text then you will find I said "digestive issues and arthritis go hand in hand".
    3. I would very much appreciate it if you could kindly mind your own business since I have addressed user aerianne in that post, and i think she knows better than you what her condition is like.

this might be another interesting video for water lovers,
french scientist prof montagner - who is one of the discoverers of the HIV Virus - explains how diverse water is and how it can memorize everything it comes in touch with. very interesting

I don't know about Spain, but water in the UK is considered among the safest in the world. You also generalize about things that vary a great deal. London is on a bed of chalk and clay, resulting in a total anion content of 285ppm in its water supply, most of which is calcium in the form of its carbonate. Some of the calcium is ion exchanged to sodium during purification. Other parts of the country on harder rock, particularly granite have an anion content as low as 70ppm, so you cannot generalize. Purification is via silica sand filtration which is regarded as safe and chemical free. Fluoridation replaced chlorination some years ago in the hopes of preventing tooth enamel decay at the same time as prevent algae and bacteria in the supply. Although slightly controversial at the time, the World Health Authority have found no adverse effects in more than 2 decades.
Wells are more common in London than you may think, but after analysis, most of them are no longer allowed to be used for drinking water. This followed discoveries that the anaerobic bacteria in them was a common cause of dysentery.

Your drinking habits worry me greatly, since they may be starving you of vital minerals in the case of distilled water, upsetting natural PH and electrolite balance.

Osmosis depends entirely on the osmotic membrane to determine maximum particle size.

Ozone made me cringe. It is a powerful oxidising agent, hungry to convert into it's diatomic state and left dissolved in drinking water is as harmful as drinking bleach, scavenging oxygen from the walls of your stomach and killing the cells while destroying enzymes.

Bottled water is simply normal water, selected from its origins on the grounds of taste. sometimes minerals are removed AND ADDED to get the end result. Highland Spring, one of the most highly renowned and least altered bottled waters in the world comes from Scotland. LOL.
All bottled waters are filtered and tested for organic contamination.
Don't forget the world renowned Whiskies that are also produced using the regional waters of Scotland and the thousands of tourists who visit Dublin to sample PROPER Guinness made using waters from the river Liffey.

On a further historical note. The waters in Rochester (New York) produce Eastman Kodak film, renowned as the most accurate fine grain film stock in the world. With their needs to supply Europe, Kodak opened a plant in France, but many film directors paid to ship their filmstock from America until it all went digital 4 years ago. LOL

Alkaline filters raise the PH of the water by one or two points. They are mainly used where acid rain directly affects the water supply. They have the added advantage of precipitating out any lead or copper that may have collected in the acid rain.
Carbon filters absorb dissolved gasses and can significantly improve the taste of water. They are used extensively in the production of high quality Whiskies.

this is not a fitler though! dont get it wrong, allthough it has got carbon filter in it but it isnt as effective as a distiller! I would pour the distilled water in it and then play with it and use it for different reasons,

its an ionizer, it can change the PH to any you want, you can use your water for different things such as: desinfecting, cleaning, drinking, cosmetics... amazing amazing technology

you said UK has got a PPM of 285 mostly . Yes. Same in Spain. And same in the US. These 3 countries also have in common that they flouridate their tap water. I think they are the only countries left in the industrialized world who still do that. Most countries ceased doing so. This is why I titled that thread "uk,us,spain" because of the shared similaritites.

You said "Wells are more common in London than you may think, but after analysis, most of them are no longer allowed to be used for drinking water. "
waoo are you serious? now they also want to forbid people from drinking from their own well??? how dare this evil government...interfering into peoples private life. This is ridicolous!
