FWIW i didnt have enough milk for coffee yesterday so i started my day with whiskey.

about $12. we get most of our stuff no-cost through a friend, whats not good enough for them to sell is plenty good enough for me. so when we get really nice stuff we can splurge a little. hubby got a pre-loaded bowl (needed a new little pipe anyway) for $13 today and an oil vape cartridge for $30. that will last him awhile though, it goes to work with him often too.

 

sure is a lot plastic waste for under 2grams. thats what gets me about the weed industry.. they be like hemp this shit and hemp that shit and meanwhile contribute to plastic waste..

 

yeah. but its less plastic than the jars. i hope they are able to switch to sustainable/ biodegradable packaging soon. i like that they include a sticker to label your jar with.

 

Id hope they do biodegradable packaging too. but what really grinds my gears are these blunt wrapper packages .. all that litter for a fucking sliver of tobacco. pathetic .. and what kinda dummy pays 50$ an 1/8 to mix it with tobacco.

 

A Jehovah's Witness knocked on my door yesterday, so I answered it and asked if he wanted to come in. He said, "Yeah, okay." I said "I'm just making a cup of tea, do you want one?" He said, "Yeah, sure." I said, "I've just made some toast do you want a slice?" He said, "Yeah, why not." We sat down and I asked him, "So what now?" He said, "I don't know, I've never got this far before!"..

 

Hah, yeah I don't expect that they do get far very often. Did he end up having anything interesting to say?

A few years ago when I was at home a few Jehovah's Witnesses came to the door. Instead of turning them away I heard them out and had a respectful discussion with them about why I didn't believe. They ended up leaving a few pamphlets and I thought that was the end of it. Then like a month later they came back while I wasn't home and my mom answered the door and they asked for me as they wanted to continue the discussion.

I thought it was pretty funny. I assume they end up getting either a straight out no or people who hear them out and are interested. I was probably a bit of an oddity in their daily routine.
