What's Happening?

I just had a message from my d-i-l's aunt, who is on the island.

She said it is ugly, ugly, ugly.

 

And it hasn't even hit yet....

 

I don't know what I'd do.

We wouldn't have money to fly out of there for a storm.

Coastal and island life is beautiful but you swap alot in return for those days.

the best the island has going for them, they are rather small in area, the rain bands miss much in a fast moving storm. winds on the other hand... fuqed.

I got all the boutonnieres and corsages finished; unless I decide to rework some. I even made a few extra.

I still have to do my future d-i-l's, though.

 

This is my truck at the moment. I think like they've got some minor details to come and that's not my number at all but.. I've literally been waiting to see Faygo on a race car for well over a decade, since I first heard of it like 18yrs ago and its so cool I can see one come together here.

I like the lime green too. I originally ask for purple and white and hoped the purple would be lighter but this is the actual soda can and packaging so to even get the physical grapes on the paint was a cool idea I did hope could be incorporated.

 

It's my birthday soon so I've ordered myself a present. Nobody else does these days. It's a Sega console with 80 games. Should arrive tomorrow. Will be good for the early hours when there's nothing else to do. I usually wake up around 4:00 and go back to bed around 6:00 for a couple of hours.

 

I've been eyeing up the

Atari Flashback 7 Classic Game Console

Myself. I might just add in the Sega for kicks.

 

I've seen that on Amazon. Mine is the hand-held version. But the screen looks pretty big.

 

If I can sell this kitchen sink on (Craigslist) and a Mia facial cleaning brush on EBay. I'll definitely get both consoles

 

I went to the dress alteration shop twice today. I went for my dress this morning and took the triplets after school.

Thats awesome. You're badass for putting all this effort into her wedding. My mom's too jaded to do anything like that.
