That's Not A Chat.....this Is A Chat.

I'm one of those strange people that really doesn't like to use my ac. Unless I've been at work and am sweating like a mule, I roll both front windows down and I'm ready to go once I put her in drive. There has been the rare time (after a long, hard shift at a job) I would both leave the windows down and have on the ac for the occasional red light. That is for when I am EXTRA hot. lol

Today I get to go grocery store shopping, and the other miscellaneous items one uses during the week (gotten from Family Dollar)...probably won't get extra hot...just extra aggravated.

I plan on keeping my 2001 Crown Vic in excellent shape forever...so I won't have to worry about getting another car....and I wish it was just that simple. smh

 

There is a little bitty teeny kitty that I believe I wrote about in the last thread that appeared outside, under the super heavy duty tarp that was/is covering the lawnmower.

Well, she has migrated onto the porch...and found herself a nice tunnel of hiding places out there. smh I know where she is but Lord have mercy, it would be an ENORMOUS amount of trouble to get to her, and then what - she is so little I don't want to try and mess with her and hurt her whilst trying to pick her up. Plus I don't think going for her like that would exactly build trust on down the road for when I really will have to get hold of her for shots and spaying.

Plus...that is about the fastest little cat I've ever seen in my life...she catches me seeing/looking at her on that back porch...and she is DASHING away to her tunnel of hiding. Really this cat is so fast, I know in order to catch her, I'm going to have to set up a trap just to get her for rabies shots. They have to have shots before they can get fixed. She has seen me with interact with the other cats, and I talk to her in her hiding place...but there is just NO getting close to that little cat. Apparently she was dumped, and really taken from the mother too soon - but she is able to eat and has plenty of sense to use the litter pan on the porch. So there are good things to say about her having sense, especially since dingbat Gimli came here not understanding HE TOO needed to use the litter pan. (He does now.)

Still though...people dumping animals make me sick. When I finally broke down and told Mama, she said - "Well, we'll have to take her somewhere". I quickly told her (wrote down) that unless she knew some magic spell for this, nobody was going to be able to get near that cat. Besides that, all of the shelters are overrun with both mama cats and kittens alike (because people don't have their cats fixed nor are they much into the TNR programs in this backasswards county). So...I will figure out a way to get this crazy little cat her shots and I will get her fixed... since she is a calico, I'm fairly certain it is a female. Maybe she'll kill some snakes if she EVER GETS OFF THE DANG PORCH.

I will feed her and get her fixed but I WILL NOT LOVE THIS CAT.

Mostly all orange/yellow cats are male but I've got two female yellow cats.

The blue dream is good I've tried it a couple of times last time I tried Blue Dream crossed with UK cheese and they were calling it blue cheese and up to was amazing

My daughter called me from the highway on our way from Toronto to Montreal

She's traveling with a musician from Brazil who they have brought up here on a grant and they are on their way to the Just for Laughs Festival where he is headlining with his band and I will push the video of them later it is South American afro-funk lots of horns lots of drums and this dude is the leader tiny little guy spoke very little English

His nickname apparently in English translates to loudmouth Troublesome rooster LOL should we met at the Italian store and had sandwiches and now they're on their way to Montreal couple minutes enough time for a hug and a free sandwich

I am pet and house sitting this weekend while my friend and his wife go to some big biker party.....here is the 2 cats...there is also a white german shepard who when I am leaving I have to say ''keep the bed warm Terra'' and help her up onto the double bed in her room....dog has her own bedroom

 

ad here is the band of my daghters friends...the band leader is the dude opening up the chanting at the start ad then he falls back and drums....dude with the glasses
....this fuckig guy can do anything on the drums....note he uses a stick in one hand and the other hand bare for at least some of this song....starts slow but develops into a funk song

yes jazzy funk..funky jazz....they do a bunch of stuff....

 

calico cats are female. its about the way the chromosomes stack, you can only get the calico coloring in females (from what i understand) humans actually have the same trait, females are "striped" on a molecular level. its pretty cool.
the few times i have had a cat i could not care for, i paid the "dont kill them" fee and gave them up to a shelter. it should not cost $50 to not kill a critter, but we have paid it twice. i hope that those kitties found new homes, but there was only so much i could do, and paying that money is better than dumping them, lonely, for someone else to deal with.

 

My favorite strain here lately has been Dream Star and Gorilla Glue

 

I will keep an eye out for the gorilla glue....I also recommend Hawaiian snow and uk cheese and bc cheese

I think I remember hearing that once upon a time.
My dad had a pastel calico and now I have one.
Both female.
Both timid and skittish.

But soft and lovey.

 

They need a "Galaxy Glue" that's sticks you to the couch, but keeps your mind bright and funny.
(Has to have some sort of honor to Lily Tomlin!)

 

I have one. I believe they are called Dilute Calicoes.

 

From a quick search, there are actually several different versions of calico cats!
More interesting, is that it seems different versions of calico styles seem to have specific personality traits.
