yes twice on my first pc and once on this one...ACTUALLY the tech people for dell crashed this one. service pack 2 merely wouldnt let me access the internet. The techies tried to help and got my pc locked on a blue screeen. had to give me two new hard drives they fucked it up so bad. I used to say dell's cutomer service was great, but I now think otherwise.
