the NYU researcher that put out this survey i just linked...has had a lot of links on his twitter about very strong MDMA going around. like so strong people are dying...

 

I had Yellow Ferrari Ecstasy which was also from the Netherlands I believe. It was definitely potent, but I didn't find it too overwhelming, although I've been doing Ecstasy for awhile.

I'd recommend against mixing these Potent Ecstasy Pills with Alcohol and Stimulants though.

 

Interesting. Although I don't qualify for this one, I recall there being a study in Toronto on certain RCs about 2 years ago. It seemed interesting. Not sure if they were doing medical trials or just asking about experiences etc. but they had a similar "youthful" but overwhelming and hard to read flyer and payment offering. I didn't end up going because one in our group had some sort of medical condition and you had to be completely healthy to qualify. If anyone does participate in this study, I want to hear what it's like and what type of questions are asked etc.

 

what do you mean you don't qualify for this one? did you talk to the researcher?

 

Seems as though it's an American thing.

 

Chiming in to say that I had the Teslas at Dreamstate too. Granted, my friend said they came from Denver and he never sells any. They were a pink color. Probably should have started out with a full one, but I didn't want my night to start raging earlier and tapering off for the final acts. I also feel like I built up a cross tolerance from whenever I got out of hand and dosed too much adderall studying for my a licensure test. Tolerance shot up so quickly and I feel like its impact lasts a long time. I had a large amount of sass a couple months after that and didn't feel too much, while my friends were raving about it. Now Dreamstate 5 months later, and several halves of the Tesla over the course of the night just had me content, but by no means would I consider it hitting hard.

I may have had the chance to get a proper roll the second night– we were passing around a large bag of powder suggested to be pure MDMA and had quite a bit left. Long and crazy story short, one of my friends there dumped the entire bag in his mouth and terrified me. Nothing "bad" happened luckily.

 

Another reason to legalize drugs -- so that they can be sold as pressed pills to people who can't be trusted with a bag of powder.

 

Even though that was on the extreme side, it still is pretty creepy to imagine kids dipping their finger into unknown quantities of unknown substances whenever they feel they "need more". Some of my first drug experiences after marijuana were RCs, where everyone stresses using a scale- and I did/do so religiously. As such, numbies always seem risky/ignorant to me.

 

so your friend had a "good" time then, after dumping it all in his mouth? do you think it was actually MDMA?

 

He looked fucked beyond belief and he couldn't focus at all, but when I asked him during the roll he said he felt amazing and was having a good time, but that it was just intense and that I had never seen him when he goes hard. He hadn't rolled in around 7 years. We estimated him to have consumed 300mg. So it was doable, but just left him swaying, one eye opened, talking way too much, and then funny/sad stuff like trying to pay for water by pulling out his phone and pointing at it and handing it to the vendor. I think it was actually MDMA, but can't say for certain since I do not have much experience. It felt like clean stimulation to me with some mild jaw tension and body heat, although those side effects were amplified extensively for my friend. The other friend who provided it is a big fan of MDMA in general, so is always looking for the best and praised it. Not sure what else it would be.

 

Was your friend who took the estimated 300mgs able to enjoy some music or was he mostly puddled and on the ground?

 

Well he wasn't literally on the ground, but he wasn't completely there either. Definitely looked a lot less into the music than the first day. I think it was just too overstimulating. He was more just looking around, talking to me, swaying, trying to keep his eyes open, keeping up with his breath, etc. as opposed to the first night where he was jumping up and down.

 

We drove to the Pacific side of a low mountain in California. We walked along a signed trail, then on unnamed trails along the sensuous rounded hills rolling off the mountain to a place in the sun and trees (where we each took a strong dose of methylone) overlooking the sea on one side and the hills on the other side. In the sun, in the wind, in the golden afternoon, on the soft hilltop talking of love, of people we love, of regrets, now dancing in the sun, embracing. Oh! As the sun began to set and the cool rolled in we walked – a long walk – back to the car. The City rising like Atlantis in the far distance. Hail Atlantis! It was an epic drive home. Neither of us felt like eating, so we took a long deep bath together in the warm candle-lit bathroom.
