Dang Mooney! Surely you aren't telling me there are protesters out there simply because they don't agree with what the big Dumpster is doing...and NOT GETTING PAID!?!

Since a map rendering shows protests all across the nation...and Hillary just HAS to be paying them all [<sarcasm for those of you not able to recognize it] I wonder why in the world she didn't pay enough people to go and vote her in??? I guess I'll have to ponder that a while...OR NOT. lol

At this point, I truly see DT as a Trojan Horse that will do what he said he would not and won't do what he said he would...which of course suits me wonderfully fine! However, these inexperienced people and/or nut jobs with very questionable intelligence (such as Sarah Palin) that are being appointed to key positions that surround him scare the shit out of me. I hope in the deepest part of my heart that NOTHING happens to DT since Pence is his VP.

For all of you thrilled to death with all of this...if Pence winds up in power - you all Do Know that you had better be a white Christian man, right?! OR you better pretend to be. :)

You women out there that wanted this Do Know that Pence is for conversion therapy (turn those HOMOSEXUALS AROUND! Hallelujah!!!), anti-abortion no matter what...and this list goes on. Oh yeah...get prepared to be subservient. :) I'm sure that'll go over real well. :D

Mooney, I wonder though...Trumps rhetoric was so very negative and divisive throughout the entire campaign, its hard to imagine that kind of programming working...of course unless you were already that way inside anyway, and his words just brought it all to the surface. :-(

I can understand very wealthy people wanting him because it would be in their best (Personal) interests.

However, I must say that my brother is actually the smartest person I know or ever have known and he also had scads of money - and he loathes Trump. :)

Thats one of the reasons why I refuse to watch cable or any mainstream media, Is something is worth hearing about it, it will eventually plastered all over social media on things like reddit, twitter, facebook, tumblr etc. When you step back from the mass media you start to see how easily the masses can be brainwashed and how its done.

I don't deny that the coming reign of trump is not scary......He scares me.....and all who he is choosing scares me.....No good eggs to believe in in the bunch?....It is terrifying......and if I think about it and concentrate on it....like I have been doing, I will remain depressed.....and i cannot do that all of the time...i have to give myself a break sometimes....to get things done and get my emotional level up...or I will be no good for myself or anyone else...:(

Craig's list of course. I considered doing it myself. My mother was a paid protester in the 70s and then again in the late 80s. Deny it all you like, but paid protests are as old as politics. Wire taps are as old as phones. And of course belittling people in a discussion is a sure way to put an end to it. Why the personal crap folks? Does it make your case? Or just make you feel "superior" to others?

Everybody knows I'm crazy, I don't hide it. Making the assumption that I am also "stupid" is narrow minded. And where did anyone get the idea that I'm a Trump fan? I've had to turn the channel from that mug for decades, now I'll have to do it every day for the next 4 years.

Every so often America hires a thug to go into the white house and remind the planet that fooking with Americans can have a steep price. GW was one, to be sure. Trump's cabinet selections are confusing, (Romney? Really?) and concerning. He might be lining up to be GW2.

Lots of Christians believe in evolution. Virtually all of your assertions about it are wrong. The oldest known fossil is a cyanobacterium 3.5 billion years old--almost as old as the oldest rocks (3.8 billion years). And it had no eyes. Considering the difficulty of forming fossils, we're lucky to have as many as we do. Dinosaurs evolved from more primitive reptiles about 230 million years ago. Dinosaurs evolved from more primitive reptiles about 230 million years ago. Among the earliest-known dinosaurs was eoraptor from Argentina, a dog-sized meat-eater, 228 million years old. We have the fossil remains. For more on how dinosaurs evolved, see:

As to evolution of sight, according to a recent study by Bristol's School of erth Sciences, that began about 700 million years ago when ancient jellyfish developed opsins, light-sensitive protein-coupled receptor cells. For an explanation of how it developed into the eye, see https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/evolution-of-the-eye/

With all respect for Galileo, I doubt that science will ever prove or disprove God. We know more about the limitations of science than we did in the 1600s. Science is great at rigorously testing empirically refutable propositions. God is not an empirically refutable proposition. And Darwin? In his autobiography in 1876, he wrote that he was "very unwilling to give up my belief", but that "disbelief crept over me at a very slow rate, but was at last complete". Yet he continued to support his local parish church.

I have to do the opposite. I have to read dozens of news sources to even feel close to the truth. It's even worse now than it was when GW was president.

Wouldn't it be amazing if the press exposed the government crap instead of trying their best to hide it? Like they used to do.

Might be time to watch the movie "Dick" again (but only cause I love Kirsten Dunst). It's funny to see Nixon crash and burn over and over! Better than watching porn backwards.

Yeah, do the research....read biographies of people you elect and read many sources...or just keep taking anyone's word for it on the internet...Your choice but....it is scary...and dangerous to the rest of us.

I don't like the term atheism...That means against religon.....and I am not against all religion. i prefer to call myself a free thinker....and I will not cater to anything that tries to put my thoughts in their own agenda box.....I cannot be brainwashed....My body may be a prisoner of a house I ever live in, as a way of speaking here.......but my mind will never be.

For those who would like to debate the theory of evolution further, I've opened a new thread on the Philosophy and Religion section where I think it's more appropriate than on this thread.

LB, quit spreading your lies that the anti-Trump protesters are being paid. I realize you find it mind-boggling that anyone could be unhappy with Trump as President but that is the case. In a couple years (if he's still in office) and he proves me wrong by "making America great again" I will gladly admit it. On the other hand if he ruins us and you and the other Trumpeters are all living in tents I bet you'll still deny it.

I've heard that Soros was not paying a fair wage to protesters nor was he providing benefits.
