There's a reason horses developed hooves you know. Pretty much trumps your whole argument sorry. Even though your only argument is for highheels. But umm, yeah. Take a look at the evolution of animal feet. Then will have to ask yourself "did monkeys live in cities a million years ago?" If you answered no, then perhaps human feet were designed more for the jungle.
...Or not. Trust me, in -30 Celcius (-22 Fah) weather conditions you will want some nice, warm winter boots to protect your feet. Because if you lose them to gangrene that resulted from frost bites, you will not barefoot ever again following that. Being idealistic is one thing. But defying well established, proven facts because of it is the mark of a fool, and sometimes you just have to sacrifice to avoid a greater evil. I agree though that plenty of women's shoes have ridiculous designs that are just plain bad for your feet.
I used search terms like barefoot x-ray https://www.google.com/search?q=barefoot+x-rax then clicked on images.
So you aren't giving the sources? How are we to vet the quality of the information? Just from the images,I'm seeing a male foot versus female foot theme going on. And in-shoe X-rays haven't been widely done since the late 50s. Also, you know you are preaching to the choir, right? It's the barefoot section. With a few notable exceptions, this is mainly barefoot/barefoot friendly territory.
I did > https://www.google.com/search?q=barefoot+x-rax to vet it you need to finf the image and click go to page. There is this, 5 Ways Your Shoes Are Deforming Your Feet http://www.daniellopezdo.com/5-ways-your-shoes-are-deforming-your-feet/
I'm currently worried that the work boots I have to wear daily are ruining my feet. they are mighty sore at the end of every day. I miss being able to go barefoot everywhere. I'm hoping the boots don't do permanent damage to me feet or ruin the shape of them.
All shoe ads. Barefoot shoes to be sure, but adverts none the less. I'm thinking shoes are not the scam.
Perhaps if the gentleman had chosen a set of non-feet fucking brogues. I've been wearing comfy feet-supporting boots all my life and my feet are not fucked, well apart from the Jone's fracture when I fell of my bike, and that happened because I was wearing clogs. Shoes donot fuck your feet if they're proper shoes.
No not really. I broke my foot because I was wearing a cheap pair of foot fuckers to get to work, where my work boots were kept. They had hard soles and were a bit cloggy.
I do believe foot wear ruins your feet...for sure. So for the first tiem in years I decided to look for foot wear that wasnt flipflops or moccasins haha or Toms for that matter and what a task to which I still havent found what Im looking for. Seems like shoes are sooo heavy now , hy are shoes made long and not wide? and it seems liek every mans shoe coems ot this weird squared off point to the inside of the foot...so odd how shoes are..I cant imagine being one of those folks that always wears shoes like people in sitcoms haha Also while were at it socks are gross.
When the end of the world comes and few of us weirdos and winners, cause only the winner gone survive, man you barefoot people are gone be easy pickin's through a rifle scope. Will you still be barefoot after nuclear fallout? When the zombies give chase? Or will you finally admit, that footwear is the way to go in your new found environment? Is legit question but even though the answer is going to be "I'll stay barefoot" I'll still not believe it. You would not survive post apocalypse barefoot. I don't think.
What boots do you have? You are a cook/chef, yes? Know that dough rolling pin? ?? When your feet are sore, roll them over this OMG it's awesome. Feet can become inflamed when standing all day. It is so true that in the talk of boots, money is everything and you get what you pay for. I used to wear slip on boots. Steel capped. Easy to get on and off but offered little comfort as inevitably it was too big because it was designed to slip on. So I bought myself a pair of 240€ army boots, Kevlar, not steel capped. They are laces too and the boot come up over my ankle sort of high to my low shin. I've never ever ever ever had a problem other than blisters from wearing them in. They are completely fucking awesome. I can kick, stomp, boot, run, walk through anything!! Without a problem at all. But they costed the money you see.
