Maybe, but there is some non-zero chance that they think you're a spy and detain you for a couple years
I once read about a tourist's travel reports in North Korea. From what I remember reading, the tour guides and the people there refused to identify their country as "North" Korea, but rather name Korea itself. And just spoke in disgust at the Americanized southern portion. But it might be an interesting experience to see what an oppressive dictatorship looks like as a foreigner getting an inside peek.
Well outside of family obligations and with 2 1/2 weeks off this holiday season, it’s my intention to travel from the bedroom to the kitchen to the living room with the occasional side trip to the liquor store Hotwater
I've done most of my traveling for the year. Been to Costa Rica and Egypt and have an upcoming trip to Miami, FL. As for next year i'm planning a trip to La Digue Island in Seychelles and Zambia around Victoria Falls.
no specific plans. i really don't travel as much as i should, and when i do it's usually not planned too far in advance.
It is a great city! I lived there for three years. If you want any advice let me know, for cool museums off the beaten track, etc.
I am going to Panama in December and El Salvador in January. I want to go somewhere in early April, not sure where...looking at Nicaragua or Guatemala maybe. Maybe even Paraguay. I thought of Dominican Republic too with this new low cost airline in Colombia offering trips there. So trying to narrow it down to one place for my week off in April. Advice? Probably back to the states for the first time in nearly 3 years sometime in late May. Looking at a big trip in July (entire month off) but no plans, have not thought that far ahead. Could be Brazil.
