why do you tolerate female irrationality?

After being married for ~25 years and having 5 daughters, you would think I am an expert on dealing with women's irrationality, but I ain't got a friggin' clue......

Everyone has irrational beliefs

 

It's one thing to have some irrational beliefs, it's quite another to be mostly driven by them in one's day to day.

 

The problem is that it really is two different things, men and women's emotional language.

Men are not allowed to show fear, pain, sorrow, sometimes anger, or frustration. So they have to substitute all those emotions with either nothing, or humor. So at a point men don't even have the language to express their emotional state. And jokes can only protect a person so much.

Women on the other hand are encouraged to show emotion. As such they have a larger emotional vocabulary. So when they try to talk about such things it is like a teenager trying to talk to a toddler. The toddler can never fully understand no matter how much the teen talks, so the teen either has to dumb it down or get frustrated.

Going back to the original post. Not all women are irrational. I am lucky to find one who is down to Earth all the time. I have had plenty of experiences with irrational women though. My theory is that female irrationality is a tool to get what she wants. If she cant make a rational argument for what she wants, going irrational will throw a rational mind every time, assuming you agree to play on her terms.

because they actually rule us ( would you want to live in a world without them - even if you are decidedly gay until science totally rules out the need for a living womb you cant have children without them - besides you would be trapped in a world full of very ornery straight or bi guys who might just miss them a lot more. If you notice the male of the species is more easily replaceable. Behind every great man is a woman that one way or another has got you by the balls. ( I prefer peaceful coexistance as opposed to oppression of men or women. ) Our brains work differently because of our historical biological roles in regards to the survival of the species ( although we are creating a world where we are becoming rather unnecessary to our overlords wheter you are male or female. Technology is replacing us at a faster rate. A world overpopulated by unemployed masses with fewer and fewer job opportunities everywhere you look means most of us are expendable.

 

Watch a couple of hours of the evening news, and explain to me how "female irrationality" is any worse than male irrationality.

Twice Trump has won elections when his opponent was a woman. I think that shows what low regard that too many Americans have of women. They would rather elect an idiot man than an intelligent woman. Good luck with your choice.

I don't accept the basic premise. I'd say it's been men throughout history that have started the wars, tortured , maimed, incarcerated millions for words, get and keep most of the money and land and to this day continue with the same savagery as always. I'd call those action irrational. Wouldn't you?
