I eat a hard-boiled egg every morning. So you could say I like hard-boiled eggs. When I go to a restaurant I always order over-medium eggs though.

 

Today I had a scotch egg and now I want to change my answer. I like my eggs covered in sausage and fried.

 

Oh Yeah Scotch eggs !!

 

I'm not sure scotch eggs qualify as they are technically just boiled eggs and other things.
