skipped breakfast and lunch (aside from the coffee)....supper was a tasty simple summer meal of toasted sandwiches (2) made of white bread with tomato and black pepper and a bit of mayo

usually i cut thick slices of tomato but today i loaded it with lots of thin slices

Ramen noodles. Too much salt. Too little substance. But it was delicious.

Dinner at Stoneyard Brewing Co. I had this 12 oz. NY strip steak with mashed potatoes and garlic bread. It was very good, and cooked just the way I ordered.

It's a sweet fried african bread. There's a place near me that does huge pieces of it and then makes a delicious sandwich with stewed beef and a bunch of fresh veggies on it.

Cook'n black beans with various spices at the moment. Going to add that to some rice. Tacos are on the menu and going to try something different. The second to last ground goat is being used. Goat makes the best spicy food! I have some newman's con quesa since I didn't want to spend money on cheese. Also a taco spice packet that has cheese in it. With fresh organic garden tomatoes grown by me. Damn hunger.
