old wolf's finger lakes community project

old wolf is a little shy but he and some friends have amassed 174 acres in the beautiful finger lakes area of NY. there is good potential to also expand since land seems to be cheap there. he has posted his vision in a personal thread and it is very visionary and moving. he is looking for some good people to connect in with this project. i look forward to doing so in the relatively near future. you can check out his vision and project info at http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2917. there are some very nice potentials developing thru this forum. i think next year is going to be a very productive one. peace

 

As one of the people that has been up to look at the Hollow (Solstice a year and a half ago), I feel the need to chime in here.

If you are dreaming of a place with Green Hills and Shaded Vales, Sweet Spring Water and Fresh Air, an Opportunity to aply yourself to a Worthy Undertaking, well, check it out.

I have a hard time putting into words the feeling that is inspired by the Hollow. It is a special place and so full of opportunity and potential that it hurts to think of it not happening for lack of Willing Hands.

My own tide carried me in a different direction but surely intend on returning, if nothing else to visit with an old friend and lend my support.

Yeah, funny you should phrase it that way. I'm about to treat it to some liberal opinions. But more on that later, I'll probably be sending out an update in a few days. I think I sent you my tel # and I think You posted yours on your site... to work together we really do need a face to face.... Intuition says we are on the same page and working together can fulfill both visions easier and more completely - but I have learned over time that sometimes wishful thinking gets in the way of inruition and....

Moving cloud will be here during the month of feb. - So that's a good time to set aside for a meeting - I do have a daily grind each night and cannot afford to jeopardize that with the debt load I got myself into to make this work (following intuition - damn I hope it was right - never been in debt like this before - don't like it). But we are flexible to meet any where in Western NY - course best would be here so you can see the land and equipment - which should be able to go from community to community - and we also have transportation capabilities of all exceptthe bulldozer and Big tractor (being made into a trojan like front end loader) both of which will take tractor trailer to move - would prefer to sell both bulldozers (collectors items '48 &'50 IH TD 14s) -....

Synchronicity will show the Way .... what will be will be.... We but continue to Do.
