    Apparently we have an IODINE deficiency... secretly put into our food supply via white bread. IODINE comes from KELP.

    Unless you purchased IODIZED SALT/KELP or Eat white bread... which may not have IODINE in it you're not getting this necessary nutrient for the nervous system, immune system, spinal membrane, thyroid, skin, ATP production and hormones which could result in depression, weight gain, suicide etc.

    A Children's conference in 1990 introduced IODIZED salt to Africa which raised family use to 60% by 1999. In 1995 Russia raised to 20%.

    Meanwhile since introduced in 1924 into food supply as IODIZED SALT in the U.S. our knowledge of our need for it has decreased and our "needs" for white bread. It may not be in there anyway. It's not in restaurant food is it? But if I was a restaurant owner, I'd have it in the food. The question is if they know to do it.
    It's not in processed food.

    Some say I look skinny but I am at normal weight with the BMI of 22. I don't believe I am skinny.

    As long as I don't have ANY muscle that appears on my body, I am nothing in girls' eyes. I lift weight at home. I also added chest work out into my work out at home. There are two of 10 kilograms weights at home. Two of them are 20 kilograms, one is 10 kilograms. I work biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest at home doing 5 different exercises. I also hold a plank position as a 6th exercise. My record is 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

    It is not impressive really. Losing weight is not a difficult thing. All you need to do is to lower the calories you take and do cardio such as walking and running. What is difficult (impressive) is to gain muscle and burn fat at the same time to have a nice body. I am nothing more than a skinny fat with no considerable muscle mass on me. Being a skinny fat is very easy. Lower the calories you take and do cardio such as walking and running. You will lose weight and be skinny fat just like most of the people who are at normal weight. I am lifting weight at home to gain a little muscle but I still do cardio (walking or running) because I am not the kind of person who takes few calories so I need to burn what I eat by doing cardio not to gain weight, meanwhile I lift weight at home, work biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest. Let's see if I can get any considerable improving at home.

    everyone has a different psychology and a different physiology. this makes things like loosing, or even for some gaining, very different levels of difficulty for different people.
    as for the iodine thing: eat ants. or so i've been told, they have lots of it.

    Eat less food and do walking or running outside instead of sitting on your ass. Just move your ass ( walk or run) and eat less food. Losing weight is that easy. As I said, what is difficult is to have a muscular body with a low body fat. To be fit. This is what I call difficult, not losing weight to become skinny fat like most of people who are at normal weight. If the person is not a real sick person, losing weight is quite easy. Why don't we see any fit men? Because what is difficult is to be fit (having a muscular body with low body fat), not losing weight. Losing weight is 100 times easier than having a muscular body with low body fat, which is being fit, not being skinny fat. Since having a fit muscular body is very difficult, there is very little number of people who are this way. This is what is difficult.

    sorry, wrong. my dad walked all his life and never could loose a pound. and my mom didn't and could never gain one.
    simplistic thinking is what keeps corporate hands in our pockets.

    i'll grant you idiots who get in their cars and drive 50 miles to a health spa,
    but won't walk two blocks to the store to carry home a bag of groceries are a joke though.

    of course being homeless and broke is great for loosing weight too.

    They were eating more than they should eat and don't walk enough to burn them. The more you eat, the more you have to walk. If they eat as much food as they can burn with 10 hours of walking, then there is a problem with their eating food. They have to lower the calories. Eating less food and doing cardio ( walking and running) Is that hard? No.
