I seldom wear panties especially in the summertime. I love the feel of a cool breeze blowing up my skirt and across my lips.

 

I agree with this. But it is hot all year where I live, so my skirt is quite short and the breeze is never cool.


I also like to let an attractive guy know that I want him, either with a look or general flirting, even if we are not in a position to do anything about it at that time, or possibly ever.
