envigorating tea - garden grown!

    Well, if you can grow these in your garden, you'll appreciate it a bit more but it's okay if these are store bought ingredients....

    In a jar, mix:
    1 cup dried mint leaves
    1 cup dried lemon balm leaves
    2/3 cup loose green or black tea

    store in a cool dark area. Bring to boil some water and fill your mug with it. Add about a tblsp of this mix to the water, with a teeny bit of honey and/or lemon juice, stir with a cinnamon stick if desired. Let steep for 5-10 minutes, strain, and enjoy!

    i love tea and when it comes from your own garden that is even better.
