hubby's aunt and uncle have a vehicle he can borrow, which is awesome. now we have to figure out how to get the car to the mechanic. theres a chance we can get it to run if the weather dries out a bit. it seems to struggle most in the too-hot weather (revs too high) and the cold and wet (wont quite turn over) we know there is a chip weve needed to replace, its our own fault for not getting it done sooner.
i have no idea whats going to happen though. hubby cant really make MORE money at the moment. but assistance will help us spend less of it. even just food assistance would make a huge difference for us.

we will see. all i can do is stuff around the house. try and save money. no going out to eat. limited weekly groceries. that will be easier with help. i read a story about people on help being overweight... i could see it happening, but seriously, i could stock my pantry and freezer with assistance to spare. thats a matter of knowing what you are buying and what to do with it. it would be very helpful for the next several months. we will still qualify after i go back to work. hard to swallow pride though.

crackheads wreak havoc wherever they go, sorry man.

we have a riobi weedwhacker. it works pretty good. battery charges fast, and even if it dies fast, it just means i get to have a break. we have one of those swingy bladed attachments for it, easier to use than the string, fewer plastic bits all over the place.

We have a Riobi (I really thought they spelled the plant Ryobi) here where I live. I know they make tools, weed-eaters and etc.

I'm sitting here with color on my hair, killing time.

Pulling out the side parts, coating them with oil, and making sure no color bleeds into it is a pain in the butt...but I can't help it...its about the only thing I'm really particular about is my hair. Well, I also won't go out in public dressed like a hobo. :D

I tried to come to the site last night (I think it was last night)...and it came up with a Great Big Server Error page...

I even tried several times, and decided the NSA/DEA (same thing, as far as I'm concerned) was deciphering us. lol :D

Good luck with that, I say.

In the morning (hours from now), I'm taking The Mother/Mama to the bank to do something with rolling over a CD or similar. It has to be done by a certain date, and I'd just as soon lay in the middle of the road as to "let" her do this by herself...driving, hearing and going through paperwork and all that will be involved. Not that its that much, but still. I would be remiss and a sorry ass person to allow her to go by herself, especially since she told me Monday and I'm off tomorrow, when she wants to go.

And she would, too, go by herself...mentioned driving that (new) hot-ass-spewing-water radiator (with a new thermometer fyi for you mechanics) in her '73 Cutlass. lordhavemercy the thoughts of her driving to the grocery store give me the heebie jeebies, and that is less than 4 miles. She's not ready to let me drive her to the grocery store.

That/driving her everywhere will come sooner than I'm allowing myself to realize, or something like that.

the physical pains, yes. they are not concerned. but the anatomy scan i had to reschedule from yesterday was supposed to be to check growth and the cyst on the umbilical cord, to make sure its not causing any trouble. rescheduled for the first of june. the stress and non- physical pains all exploded yesterday. my dad is going to have to kick my mom out. car repairs are crazy expensive. and our mechanic is far away, so we HAVE to get the car going to get it to them and have it fixed, we cant afford to have it towed. i can arrange for medical transport to/ from appointments, but not on such short notice.
and of course nothing will be open monday. so tuesday needs to be warm and dry, and even then its a crapshoot. hoping someone we know is selling a car for cheap at this point, and doesnt mind making arrangements.be nice if we could buy my moms car, but no, because she wrecked it. everything just has to suck at the same time. never fails.

my insurance offers me free towing .. no matter where , I only get 3 free ones a year. but its worth it.

the fugitive marathon on the binge network now.. not sure I like it all that much , hes always getting beat up by someone. and there is no tommy lee jones.

little chilly out ,, house cant decide what it wants to do,... air conditioning running and the electric heat come on. I dont mind that to much cause it removes the dampness ..

so tired last night, rolled the hash doobie set it on the lamp to dry, forgot about it. went to rolla new one just now, allow it to dry and found the other doobie on the lamp.. now I dont need to wait. :D

hubby just switched insurance carriers. saved a lot of money, because he went and dropped the comprehensive. all he heard was the money figures, and he hates when i try to clarify for him. im just like "its not the same coverage." but oh, no, gotta save that money... and end up spending it out of pocket. he might be able to get a tow through them, we dont know yet, and of course now he works days, so he wont be able to get ahold of anyone.

ive got chores. yay. what an awesome day already. 8 hours of "sleep" getting up every hour to pee. i feel so rested, so ready for today. ugh. i just want to crawl back into bed.
