These are the lyrics to a song I wrote. It's not a poem but I wasn't sure where else to post it....I'd love some comments, good or bad. Thank you!

I wanna' see a ghost so I can ask her what it's like to float
She was asked to meet me in my little boat
To teach me how to walk on the water
I waited in the dark but I never saw her

Thanks for letting me fall into the icy water
Instead of meeting me you haunt with your dead friends
As I look at the sky there's no sign of her
The only ghost I see is the full moon

I remember when I saw her dancing in the fields
When I heard her sing I knew she was real
I asked her to meet me and pointed to the sea
My spine shivered when she smiled at me
