Last night I did bench press, squats, deadlifts, ez-bar curls, bent over rows, and kettlebell shoulder press. Followed it up with a high carb night in which so far I've had a whey protein shake, three apples, four cups of Jasmine rice, four Hail Merry tarts, and 1/2 lb of grass-fed roast beef.
yesterday did back squat, goblet squats, leg press and standing and seated calves. got quad separtation going....my legs are legs of peace edit
Elliptical, 30 minutes. So sick of it, but I have it at home, so it's very convenient. I might do some pilates later because it relaxes me, for 40 minutes or so. I should work more on abs though, and arms. Someone should hook me up with some good youtube workout videos, because all that my friends recommend is Jillian Michaels and her 30 day shred.
big piaf, I recommend Chris Jones of physiques of greatness. women imo should lift like men, so grab a full body workout lifting heavy. that said, what you already are doing is greatness
Routine 1. 295 x 3 on bench. Starting to plateau with everything. I guess muscle memory only takes you so far 3x 5 min rounds on bag. i need to get elbow pads so i can elbow without bleeding. Bout to stretch
PopSugar fitness has some pretty approachable YouTube videos of varying lengths. I did my typical home workout routine. Getting kind of sick of it, but haven't been very motivated to work out lately.
thanks. Took time though. Ive been lifting on and off since i was like 11 years old but this time around like 5 years. With like a 9 month break in that 5. Took me like 3 years to get my bench over 300. If i had worked out every day i maybe could have gotten over 3 in under 2 years

man you are my height and you are already where I want to be...hows it feel? lol good job reaching that far im making my way there to 205ish lean // started to have a good back workout tonight but said something to a fellow lifter and we started talking and my workout pretty much ended there....man! sucks.
