It's snowing and about to turn into a blizzard here. I'm northeast of new york... pretty much right where the storm is gonna hit hardest. WHEEEEE!!!!

Sunny and around 60f. It's near an all time record high.

 

my opinion is that it's too cold here.

 

I used to work at a call center. It has to be one of the shittier jobs in the first world. Its funny though, now at my current job I spend a lot of time on the phone with various medical insurance companies and I find myself struggling to stay patient on the opposite end of the line. I have to remind myself that the person on the line probably took 100 calls before me and they're probably sketching a picture of what they imagine I look like with a fork stuck in my eye. They probably spend a lot of time thinking about how satisfying it would be to call me a dumb bitch, hang up on me, and walk out with some well-thought out curses yelled at their boss on the way out the door.


I actually cringe when I read things like, "I called that call center worker a **** hahahah." That ****'s job seriously sucks, mostly for having to deal with shit like that.

 

Snowing all week apparently.

 

So what kind of reception do you get when it rains?

Me too. Customer service over the phone is usually polite and so I'm polite back. The only customer service problems I ever run into is in person. I've had people working in customer service ruin My day because of their attitude or a comment they made towards me and so then I call them out on it... I stand up for myself... but I wouldn't call anyone names for no reason. Usually I just tell them they're rude and then I talk to the manager... But if they make me really angry, then I might call them a fucking asshole. But never over the phone. It's always been in person...

 

First T-Storm Hit At 5.30am, And It Has Been T-Storms And High Winds For Most

Of The Day.

Almost Total Calm Here At The Moment But More Storms Are Forcast For Tonight.

Tis Mid Summer Here But The High For Today Was 20c, And Same For Tomorrow... :unsure:
