WWYD if you accidentally stepped on a large moth and mutilated one of its wings but it was still alive?

 

I've accidentally stepped on insects before and caused damage that left them in pain (probably), and in a way that they couldn't survive. I usually put them out of their misery. I'm not sure how I would do it in the future - I'm still deciding what is the right thing to do.

give it a decent burial, but i don't believe i'd mention it to anyone. i believe it kinder to let them believe it to be awol or missing in action.
(and pray to the great cat spirit to forgive the accident. and it would be an accident, and not a very likely one. i do break for small creatures, and dam the car behind me if he's too close to stop without hitting me)
(and cats don't (morally) 'belong' to anyone but themselves, any more then humans do. unlike agricultural livestock, who might be considered to.)

Wwydi.. you never got a single gift, card, or invite over christmas

 

I would continue to live. I already don't get gifts or invites. I got 4 cards this year. It is no big deal. Besides I buy myself things that I want as funds allow.
