I had the last aspartame yesterday.

I read that alcohol will calm some types of tremor.

I had about 2 ounces of wine in about 2 ounces of Diet Cranberry Sprite.

Needless to say that didn't work very well.

 

cranberry sprite sounds good...we dont have that here

hope everyone is having a pleasant morning. im in the middle of a tedious project, and am taking a break. i think a bowl and some hot cocoa is in order.

 

I hardly ever drink coke now. I used to drink like 4 or 5 a day when I was a kid. Now I just stick to vitamin water and green tea.

 

Iced green tea...I need to make some.

 

flushing out electrolytes with juices and teas isnt the best thing to do either. throw a gatoraid in there too. be sure to get some calcium too.
