Steve is a hero in my eyes...... Anyone who chains up a dog on a tight leash in 90 degree heat without food or water.....ought to be shot. I do not speak out of hate but for the ones with no human voice....I have seen this act of cruelty many times......dogs tied up in unbearable heat....freezing cold......all alone...howling. It always breaks my heart, but I do not have the nerve to do what Steve did..... Unreal.....inhuman....and people who do this are not human beings at all.....and the lowest creatures out there. Stories like this make me mad as hell......Sure, I will sign. Notmany people in this world are true human beings. Good for you and good for Steve......
Thanks everyone who is signing! This is one of the 88 animals he and his wife have rescued in the 5 years they have lived on those "mean streets".

In reading this story, I'm reminded of the debacle I went through trying to rescue BB from the demon's building across the road from me. I called EVERY law enforcement, animal control, bla bla bla person I could think of...and called them more than once. Not ONE single "law enforcement/animal control" person gave a shit nor a damn...despite the fact you could hear her through the locked door, and I was claiming her (even though her mean ass wasn't yet mine ). I was even threatened by more than one of the law/animal control asses regarding not having my cats on a freakin leash! I informed them there is NO leash law in this state for cats...they were stunned I knew that. Anyway, I had no idea that GA was as ass-backwards as SC, but I should have known. I guess I will always have some naivete in me since it is amazing to me that this hero is in trouble; but, the sorry, good for nothing woman that chains a (mother) dog in the heat is able to cause so much trouble for this fine man. And she was able to get right back to the chaining. She and  must be brother and sister. Oh, and I've tried to sign the petition, but this dang dial-up won't let the connection go through. I'll try later (next Tues or Wed) at the bff's house.
