Why arent cop and ambulance lights orange and green instead of red and blue?

 

Because red and blue are associated with anger and sadness. Orange and green seem like happy tasty colors.

If you ever spun a wet ball you would see excess water fly off. Why dosnt that happen with the earth.

 

If if if that's a big if. I doubt I'd spin a wet ball or a dry one either. I think you can only see the water fly off with slow motion photography and I bet the same might happen with the earth.
