Goldenseal disrupting THC tests is still highly debatable. Some say it works, others say it's completely a myth. Personally I've never tried it, but I wouldn't think that physiologically it should work to completely disrupt a THC test. Just doesn't seem very likely.
Erowid said it doesn't work worth beans... Unfortunately, I didn't read that until AFTER I bought it. Hehe. I have no idea what it is for normally, hmm.
not only is it of limited effect it is also tested for by most clinics as a known drug screen and can be used as sufficiant evidence to convict you of falsafing a sample which if being tested for legal pourposes not only proves guilt on the original crime also adds another which you can be prosicuted for and violates your probation.
goldenseal has been used topically for treating rashes, bugbites, athletes foot, & for cut & scrapes (& to help stop bleeding) (also a "goldenseal tea" has been used as an eyewash & for treating sties & pimples) internal uses include stopping internal hemmoraging & treating infections... (overdosage can be dangerous due to respiratory depression, etc...) alkaloids include berberine, hydrastine, canadine, etc... protopine alkaloids, i think... it's in the merck index...
Thanks for the "inside dope". A friend just recommended GS to me - I think I'll pass. Ah well - so I don't get that job at Lowes. I'd rather not work for such a Big Brother-type co. anyway. Guess I'll stick with the mom-and-pop business that I work at now and just keep on tokin'......
just wanted to reiterate what was already said about Goldenseal, I have a friend that works at a lab & they DO test for Goldenseal so leave it alone!
if you really want to pass a drug test drink a bunch of water and put bleach on your fingers and pee on your fingers so they can test for things and your free ive tried this method because ive been tested in many doctors offices
A friend of mine took it for his test and the test came back saying he tampered with it or tried to alter the results so they extended his probation
