What bands do you listen to? Any special hippie music? I sorta listen to hippieish music like Phish. What about you?

I'm not sure how 'hippie' my music is... I love Our Lady Peace mostly... some Moby, some different punk music...
I listen to anything... and if I'm feeling bored, I'll even listen to snoop dogg. When I'm not listening to folk/blues/rock... I'm usually listening to jazz, underground electronica, or underground hip hop/rap. Or Michael Franti/Spearhead and the likes... I like browsing independent artists around the internet. I'm listening to Keller Williams right now. The last album I listened to was 18 by Moby... and before that, I listened to John McLaughlin.
Phish is defnately great.... The Dead, Janis Joplin, Dorrs, Beatles, Led Zepplin, Jack Johnson, Donovan Frankenritten, Rolling Stones, Joni Mitchell, Ani DiFranco, Dar Williams, Sublime, Bob Dylan, oh theres so many...
i listen to tons of music. psycadelic, folk, indie rock, blues, jazz, little reggee now and then. I like phish alot, and jam bands in general. Im not a fan of hip hop, and i definitly dont like rap or pop "diva" stuff... i take that back, i have listened to the fuggies from my friend, and i thought that was alright.
theres a music forum somewhere on the forums but to answer your question i listen to everything, mostly punk, ska and reggae but it depends on my mood cos if im goin to a club or sumthin ill listen to house music or sum rap before i go out, but if im chillin in my room ill probably listen to bob marley and soforth ( i cant spell)
I listen to a lot of nice hippie music.My favorite band is Dungen its a Swedish band that´s playing like indie pop or what you should call it.and its a lot of nice scales i one song oh man you almost die when you hear that melody. when you should try to download some songs of dungen. All You Need Is Love!
I like Nirvana a lot, Hendrix, The Animals , The Byrds, Jefferson Airplane, The Zombies, I really like Peter Frampton too. I've heard of Phish but I've never heard a song by them... I don't know if you'd consider any of those "hippie bands." I just like 60's and 70's music...rock. As of right now, I'm a Nirvana freak. Those are the only bands I like.
i listen to TONS of different music. mainly right now alot of hippy music/jam bands. alot of phish, pink floyd, disco biscuits, brothers past, sublime, deftones, led zeppelin, 13th floor elevators, queens of the stoneage, hendrix, the pixies, elliott smith, velvet underground, rage against the machine, dave matthews band, grateful dead, the beatles, the doors, tool, marley, grand theft bus, sound tribe sector 9, and tons of others. i also love techno, mostly drum and bass. i also listen to alot of metal/rock/screamo and underground hip-hop and punk.. but not as much anymore. heres my playlist, and this isnt even all the songs. only the ones i have sorted: http://www.tinyblob.net/gnome/playlist.html i also have a MONSTEROUS CD collection.
