Do what you want but there’s nothing like the feeling you get after a long hard work out. With a strong lean dynamic body you feel virtually indestructible. Hotwater
the one fat kid in gym class? you must have had the healthiest gym class ever. edit: what, we get a new site and you give up on signing your posts? what's up with that?
And here's a related question....how in the hell is it possible for my weight to fluctuate by 4 or 5 pounds in a day? I've wondered about that for quite some time. Today, I was very well hydrated, ate well, worked out moderately hard and was 4.5 lbs lighter than I was yesterday. I can do exactly the same thing tomorrow and weight 5 lbs more.
It's normal for weight to fluctuate from day to day, which is why you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday. Usually it's just fluctuations in water weight and has no bearing on your overall weight.
So true I weigh 180 lbs. when I leave the house and when I return after a couple of hours of exercise Its 175 lbs. Hotwater
I don't usually weigh myself every day but sometimes I'll do it for a few days in a row just to see the fluctuations. I figured it was mostly water. I wasn't going to the gym today but my son wanted me to go spot him on some things. Then he only needed the spot here and there so what the hell....I might as well do some lifting while waiting on him.
Did my full chest workout and then realized circuit training was starting about 15-20 minutes later so I stayed for that. Man....I'm beat! Feels great!
Did 13 miles on the exercise bike in 30 minutes after 22 hours of fasting.... aside from water, salt and branched-chain amino acids.
What's not possible? Are you saying it's not possible to bike 13 miles in 30 minutes?? Keep in mind this is an exercise bike and not a treadmill.
Fasting Well scientifically it has shown to increase longevity in lab rats - just not pressed ones Hotwater
Tried something new today. Anti-gravity presses. Anyone ever tried those? You lay on an incline bench on your stomach. Pull the bar up from the floor to in front of your pecs with your palms facing away from you. Then press it in basically the same motion as you would an overhead press. It's tough.
