Starting a new class today, "Deviance and Conformity," should be interesting.

 

losing interest in this school after the 20th perfume attack during finals.. thought I broke the ice with the tools. I just love how they sleep in class and disturb others learning with their stink.

 

I thought it was deviance and criminality?

 

You should tell the instructor that you have sensitivities to scent and have him/her ask the class not to wear scents any more. They will probably do it for you.

 

In sociology, deviance is not necessarily a negative or criminal behaviour, just something that differs from the norm.

 

Therr was a kid in my woodshop class that broke a bottle of cologn in the middle of the room. Nasty smelling stuff too. The whole room smelled for the rest of the day.

a friend of mine hired my brother to do some carpentry shit....a months work...he went last week every day but today his ''arm hurts''

fucjing kill me now....second week and he thinks its ok to call in sick because he has a boo boo

that sums up why he is now living here instead of with an awesome life of his own back in toronto

 

Just filled out an application for a scholarship for people with inflammatory arthritis, and I get to the end and there is a legal disclaimer. It basically states that if I receive the scholarship, I will have to allow them to publish my information and my story (a short essay about the struggles of being a student with arthritis) "with the mass consumer media". As well, I would be required to share by story with the media by phone or in person if they asked, and to refuse to do so means they can take the scholarship back. Pretty fucked up, but I don't know what else I expected from a pharmaceutical company.

I'm jealous. I'm starting to think I won't actually get to do anything this summer.

 

Bruce Peninsula was really nice, and the National Parks are cheaper to camp at than provincial parks. Actually, when were were there, the office was closed for staff training so we stayed two nights without paying.

The Grotto there is well worth the trip, really cool lookout spot. Nice place to smoke a joint and have a picnic lunch.

 

Last time i went up to the Bruce, all the good beach property was private and it made me sad. We went to stay at one of the parks and that was flooded! Must have been a bad time of year.

In other news: I'm buying some Ketamine today. Never tried it before. Should be interesting
