Cold Showers

I hate cold showers. When I was staying at a homeless shelter in ATL, the showers were always cold. Everytime I have to take a cold shower, I'm reminded of that hellish place. No thank you.

 

The last cold shower I took was during summer camp when I was 14 years old.

Only the camp counselors and CIT’s took hot showers

Never, if I have a choice.

 

Good to have a cold shower on a very hot day but only cools you down for a short time & makes things the skin shrivel up to.

 

Hot showers dry out your skin by removing some of the natural oils in the skin. I already have dry skin so I don't take really hot showers. I don't take cold showers but the temperatures are cooler than many people would like and I turn the water cooler to finish especially in the warmer months.

 

This. My showers start burning hot and end up cold.

 

I have been taking cold showers a lot lately because it has been getting pretty hot here. Also I sometimes take them during the school year because they wake me up pretty quick.

Its that time of the year again to start taking cold showers. These bad boys WAKE YOU THE FUCK UP!

Took one the other morning at 5am before work and i was jacked!!

Cold showers are also good for your skin.

 

When I was in Thailand there was only the option of cold shower or cold bucket shower. Was surprisingly refreshing, especially considering the hot conditions. Here in Australia I may on a hot day but more likely have it hot.

 

I don't often shower cold but I do enjoy really cold water swims. =]
And cold showers in summer. But I don't last too long... 40 seconds maybe.

 

lol.. yea, i was gonig to add that if youre going to only do it for 5 seconds, dont do it at all.
