See the reason you have difficulty with this is your timing is off. No particular reason whatsoever to suggest that what I say means some kind of stopping, stable though wholeness may be. A part contributes representation to the whole but without the other parts it is apart. No more of a stasis than saying creation is a law without opposite or diminution.

To describe is either to explain or mark out the boundary or limits of. The whole being itself is the explanation or dimensions of it's own mark as well as encompassing every perspective. The part can only allude to the dimensions of the whole being limited in it's own scope. To me to say the part defines the whole is like saying there is nothing more to learn. Perception is not knowledge but can lead to it. Knowledge is being shared, is ongoing

Then what makes you think you are a logician? I've always found myself ably curious. Others consider me artistic and some consider me idiotic. I think you find yourself making exceptions a lot, that just means you are quick on your feet. Silence on the other hand makes room for every sound or calms the tempest.

The whole is the part it is at any moment. Everything is a thing. I am of a more lingual bent than you, which doesn't mean I'm any more loving necessarily.
