Once I said to someone in an email I will stand here naked, but did not think I needed to clarify...but afer awhile, I thought they might take that the wrong way.....I meant...I will stand here with nothing to hide about myself......which is quite different.
Sometimes words can get misinterpreted, too.

 

I read all threads that go up. This proves it. Just kidding.

I read them regardless of who the poster is unless hipforum is extra busy, then I filter some out by the title, not the poster. If I don't think that I can contribute, I won't look at the thread if hf is busy. I don't read anything about cock size anymore.

I know exactly what you mean. Like, sometimes I tell my girlfriend I want to go out to dinner with her and her colleagues and she thinks I mean it.

Clearly some misinterpretation going on there..

 

I read by titles and then as I get to know posters I read their stuff if I have in the past and enjoyed their stuff.

I also check out the forums to see what was up in days before my time, some really good oldies should be bumped but that pisses some older posters off.

 

I generally avoid the more gross sex threads,but occasionally join in with some of the fun,not so serious ones.

 

who has nothing to do with it. what, either interests me or it doesn't. or inspires me to say something about it, even if it doesn't.

i don't generally even notice who posts what. i just don't live and perceive that way.

every thought is its own entity. independent entirely of whoever expresses it.

 

If I'm super bored I may read them all.
Usually I just read by EITHER who the poster is OR if the title seems interesting. If neither the user name or title seems interesting I usually skip.

 

I always use -New Posts- instead of the main page and don't usually even look at what particular forum I'm responding to. Got my wrist slapped a' couple a' times by posting in the Lesbian forum inadvertently, even though one of my daughters is one. There are some posters that I enjoy and will always read and some that piss me off so much that ---------well, I read 'em anyway.

 

I usually read all the posts. I enthusiastically read threads by my favorite posters and I might cringe or disapprovingly read threads by posters that annoy me, but I usually read them all. Just like you hope a good book is in the bathroom to read, but if there's a lame magazine, you'll still check it out cuz there isn't anything else available. I don't keep reading material in the bathroom though, I find that unsettling. That was just an analogy.

 

Neither, I go by the posts with titles that interest me the most. And when I get bored I read the rest that are left.

 

i read the short threads. long threads i'll read if the last post was by someone worthy, if the subject really interests me, or [sometimes] if i had already posted in the thread back when it was still short.

 

I read threads with interesting titles, threads started by posters I enjoy and find interesting and/or funny, and the last page of threads wherein the last post was by a poster I enjoy and find interesting and/or funny.

 

i don't believe i've ever noticed or cared who started a thread. if the title says its about something i have some sort of opinion on, which tends to be most things, then i'll take a look at the most recent post in it, and reply to that, or reply to my own interpretation of its title. which, without reading the op, i'm sure must cause much humor and merryment.

 

I click on 'New Posts' and scan for thread titles that look interesting.

Hey, they won't even let bisexuals post about lesbian sex in there. You have to be 100% hardcore lesbian.

 

Me, too...sometimes I don't know what subforum I am in....lol

 

There are a few posters that I avoid like the plague, knowing their posts are probably just going to anoy me.
