Did you not notice the section about the weapon thr registeree owns now being illegal than they proceed to ask that registery to render the weapon inoperable or surrender it to police or ship it out of state? Registration leads to confiscation and there has not been ONE country that didn't confiscate weapons after requiring they be registered.

 

They've already used to camps on peaceful protesters. Of course no one was killed but they obviously exist. Ever heard of Jesse Ventura? He does an episode on all that stuff so that's about the best proof I can give you.

 

But like i said. If gun control is so great go to mexico. Or go to Britain and get arrested for defending yourself. But if guns are so dangerous why does Switzerland have the most guns per capita and is the safest most crime free and peaceful nation in the world. Except for greenland of course which hasn't even an army.

To those without arms: There is a chance that visitors to your community could become violent, or worse, be conmen in disguise, there to steal what you have and rape your women..There is a chance malevolent armed persons could show up at your community. It has happened time and time again through history. If someone at your place threatened you with weapons, you would call someone with a gun to come help you.
Having arms does not make you invulnerable. But it sure as hell makes you a lot harder of a target.

Same here. I remember back around 16-17 years ago when I owned a small business and I had lots of money. I demanded that info from the “sources”, and all these stories and pics came in, my gawd! I could write a bazillion books with that info alone!

But then I asked for...proof. Not opinions. Not stories. Not pics. PROOF.
I said “let’s see them ourselves!” And the “sources” said no.
I offered to pay for the airfare to fly them to the locations. And the “sources” again said no.
We dickered and dickered and I ended it when I was finally offering airfare, staying in a hotel (not a cheesy motel, either, but a Hotel), and even paying them minimum wage for their time. In 1998 dollars I would have been GIVING THEM over a grand each.
And they still said no.
Imagine $1,000 in 1998.

So I then called the “sources” at their homes. And they nearly shit their pants.

You see, they thought I was a fed. Looking to hunt them down and shut them up. And they really were nothing but panic mongers, liars, con artists, and frauds.

You know why they nearly shit their pants? Back then I was really good with computers. Far more than I am now. And I traced & back tracked to their ISP. After enough digging I found their addresses and home numbers. And I called them.

One camp turned out to not be a camp but some kind of an agriculture facility in Minnesota, not the advertised Wisconsin. Those were’nt gas chambers or ovens, those were for dealing with the cow poop for the methane content. Another was alleged to be a FEMA camp raring to go. Except it turned out to be a national guard training set-up in Michigan. Coincidentally, the source for that got in serious trouble with his NCO for that garbage.

Truly, when you look at the internment camps the USG had in WW2, those really weren’t all that bad. No they weren’t “right”, but all things considered it wasn’t a bad deal. Considering how the Japanese and German governments were treating American civilians. Will FEMA camps be any better? Any worse? I dunno. And neither do you!

When you look at the population needs, of course only about ten percent of what you see has any real substance or viability and most that do aren't talking because they're selective about what they bring to their park or town. A little insight- again reflecting on my experience, I looked into a couple ICs, one in Utah, a couple in Colorado and one in Idaho, and back then I was a gun collector. And the attitude they had was "no way", expressing fearfulness that the guns would attract trouble and if the cops found out that guns were present, the IC would become a target (hippies/communes/guns=????)

And they expressed a desire to remain peaceful. The one in Utah was willing to consider allowing them, but they'd have to be locked up in the "leader's" home. Which is stupid IMO. Why the hell have a gun if it's not accessible when I want it? What makes the IC leader a better person than me? Might as well have my wife/GF/whatever live with the leader as well. He's clearly more logical, more responsible and whatever than I...right? Fuck that.

Our tribe gets along better without any psychotic lame brained "leader". The person with the most knowledge and experience speaks first about a thing and then the rest of us go from there. i haven't read the comments, but as someone who is newly looking for the perfect community to join, i also have this concern.
my main priority in life is to keep my family safe. you never know what tomorrow will bring, but i prefer to be as prepared as possible for the worst... i'm sure some people won't be comfortable with that, but that just means we weren't meant to be, i guess... if i had a commune, i'd be fine with your weapons. i would feel safer.
