1. The Hipforums announces it first ever fundraiser. After nearly 30 years online, we must ask our members and guests to help support the website. Thanks to years of ongoing financial support of our members, advertisers and volunteer admin staff, we have been able to keep the forums alive.

Now we must ask for help as available funds have all been used for our Internet server and other fees.

So please donate any amount to our PayPal account donate@Hipforum.com to keep the site going. If we can get enough for a few months fees, we won't need to nag you again!

i love wilco. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot has to be one of my favorite albums now.

I have heard some of their live shows, they sound incredable.

I saw Wilco last Fall, and it was a wonderful show...

Agree with rhasta.penguin, in that "Yankee Hotel FoxTrot" is an incredible, wonderful album..."YHF" is a wonderful album, beginning with the eccentric "I am Trying to Break your Heart," to the yearning "Reservations," it is an album with "teeth."

Wilco is not everyone's cup of tea, but Jeff Tweedy writes wonderful songs about disaffected heartbreak, loneliness, and despair. Not the most Jubilant music, but definitely some of the Smartest...

Jeff Tweedy is wonderful... Wilco for President!
