    Ok, so I'm cut (I don't know if I want my foreskin or not.) I DO have a smegma fetish though (yes, it's weird) but I wanted to know if there was a place I could get it.     Well, it's sort of a lubricant along the lines of vaginal secretions, to protect the glans when rubbing in the foreskin day to day. Chafe protection.
    So, I'm not certain of the anatomy of circumcision and where the substance is created. Does it get clipped routinely, is it in an area that one method leaves behind, but not another?
