today I drove to the ferry and there was cars at the church...and up and down every road in town......it was obvious there was a funeral going on here and everybody on the island was there....havnt seen more cars ever in one spot here

turns out it was a young lady I didn't know....hairdresser of the island....36...cancer....8 and 10 yr old kids.....she lived at the far far end of my road.....really fucking bummed me out hearing his and feeling bad for those poor kids....too old to have that resilience that a 4 yr old has

i just act like a grown up, when i have to.

cancer has taken a lot of people in my family. actually just took another, my great uncle with the meat house. his kids will take it over, but its weird. i was just talking about him.

death and i have a strange relationship. i no longer respond appropriately, but i am always honest. 36 is a terribly early age to go, and you'd have to have a tough heart not to feel for those kids.

which is why when you walk into a party with your bro, you meet every guy and never make eye contact with a girl.. keep them busy..

then hour later you look at one for second and she see that.. oh damn

she wont forget you, you might even walk out with her, do it right and her friends are gonna be asking her who you are the moment they can. keep the questions on their minds for weeks if not months. you see them again, they cant take it.

they in the presence of someone and they know it for the 2nd time, its clear.

    here we go.

    hell yeah, hell yeah.

they used to hate dreaming they'll think.

mercysakes...the thing I understand about the previous conversations is that:

Cancer is the great leveler - no matter the age, income, race or status...

Treat each day as if there will NEVER be another one like it. I almost want to say treat it as if it were your last; but really, that's just not true...if it were my last day - or your's, I surely to goodness wouldn't advise nor want to bother with work, and wouldn't bother calling in or going! :D (so I don't think that's necessarily the thing to do)

We should all know we may never know nor understand the impact we have on someone, so it should be positive (I think). Positive can include caring/honest constructive criticism and thoughts. :)

Lynn I've been listening to Neil Degrasse Tyson a astrophysicist.. and oh damn.. got me on another levels.

Your post makes me think of him. He has great amazing speeches on youtube if you care to investigate.

My current roommate in his late 30s thankfully not a 20, and is the biggest stoner/ex acid head I've ever met, great dude. really good due. why i always end up with acid and mushroom heads is beyond me.

    :p

lol! :D I think its because people that have done acid and/or mushrooms are often "thinkers"...and they like to talk about their thoughts...if that makes sense.

I think you'd rather be around thinkers than non-thinkers. Also pot-smokers are thinkers.

When someone Just takes pills/are pill-heads, they are usually worried about where they'll get their next pill(S) from and that's about it. -------at least that's my opinion. :)

Dude, if you're going to critique someone's sentence structure, at least make sure what you're writing is correct.
