smoking meth

Just wondering what your guys thoughts are on smoking meth. I've done it 3 times, each time was a good experience and I did not develop a craving or addiction to it.
Smoking meth is interesting for me, I get a rush and feel wide awake, but at the same time, I feel mellow and content. One time it made me feel like I was walking on water, my body just felt so light and euphoric with each step. It has made me want to do a bunch of shit such as clean out a travel bus, and has also made me sit back and chill out. I know this drug is addictive and physically damaging, so I've never made it into a habit. Its a once in a blue moon type of thing. I know "that's what they all say", but I seriously don't want to chase the high like hardcore meth addicts do. I don't plan on doing it again for a long time

One time I had an auditory hallucination from crank , which is weird but I heard a quack of a duck. From what I know meth doesn't make u trip balls like with shrooms or lsd, but in my experience it can cause some visual alterations. It made my vision look similar to that of light film grain once. It also causes me to be more talkative. I remember when I've laid down trying to sleep after smoking some of it, and even though I couldn't slep, I loved the feeling of entering and re entering the state of mind your in when you're about to fall asleep. Its like your floating.

Anyways what are your guys' experiences or thoughts? Ps I don't recommend people to do this, just mak your own choice. If you decide to do it, be careful

 

I snorted meth, recreationally, back in the late 70's/early 80's. I did not become addicted. However, my older brother, who introduced me to meth, died from his meth addiction of nearly 30 years. He died alone in the woods. No one found his body for a month.

Meth is junk. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My mother used to say all the same "I won't get addicted" bullshit. Then one day when i was 12 or so, I came home from school and she was sucking her dealers dick....there were needles on the table. She told me to go back outside and don't come back and kept sucking the guys dick. When I came home a couple days later she took a knife to my face and threatened to kill me if I told my dad what I saw.

Those are my thoughts on the subject.

Yeah, like your mom, my brother shot meth. His addiction affected everyone in our family for years on end.

In my opinion, it's not worth the risk of addiction or putting the trash in your body.

 

Thank you for your responses. The last time I did this shit, my friend and I decided that we'd both quit. She was doing it more often while it had only been my third time. I admit that if someone put some crank in front of me id be tempted to smoke it, but my desire to do it again is pretty slim. I've had much better experiences with shrooms and lsd..and after hearing hundreds of stories on how meth ruined lives..I figure that I should not give into my temptations. I should let it go all together.

 

The first time I did meth I did it throughout the night. Wrote a 15 page paper in a night that I got an A on :rofl: The main purpose was for intense focus which it served, I drove on it and felt like I couldn't go fast enough, pretty much the opposite effect of driving stoned. I was going about 80 mph on the freeway and felt like I was going 20 mph.

I went to a bookstore to gather sources for my paper. I felt pretty paranoid in the store, I had a degree of euphoria but I felt like everyone could tell I was on it and felt pretty manic. Next day was pretty bad, my jaw was all tore up from grinding it.

The other time I smoked it I took about 2 hits and only got a mild high, was already drunk and unlike cocaine and alcohol I didn't experience any pronounced synergy between the two.

I've never really 'tripped' from meth, I took MDPV though which is a research chemical and has many similar effects to Meth and that Made me trip the fuck out in really horrible and scary ways. Definitely a different kind of trip than shrooms and LSD but also it was really out of my head, stuff like shadow people, sentinels and all kinds of weird shit.

 

Really? Recently I had an intense acid trip and some people were spreading rumors that it was a research chemical, a meth based one. I didn't believe it cuz I talked to the girl I got the shit from..the acid was the real deal. I definitely saw people who weren't there and someintense visuals, freaked me the fuck out for a moment. I mean I heard the acid was bunk while I was trippin balls and I started freaking out over nothing but I got over it. Can u share more your experience with that research chemical?

Back to smoking meth..yes the high is mild when you smoke it. Honestly I don't get why people get addicted to smoking it cuz its great, but its not a high I would chase after. I guess if u smoke a ton of it then its out of this world, per say. But like I stated earlier, I'm not gonna use this substance again, a friend and I decided this together.

 

This. I don't know of anyone personally who has gotten involved with this drug and stayed out of jail. I don't know of anyone who's really kicked it either. I knew one guy who kicked it for a couple of years, though. He was cooking some up and it blew up, burning him over about half his body. He was off of it for about 2 years while he was recovering from that, but then he went right back on it. One night he was having a psychotic episode and attacking his wife, and she blasted him in the chest with a 12 guage, killing him. Yeah, let it go. There are lots of ways you can have fun without ruining your life, so find another drug.

 

MDPV likely would not come in any typical form that acid does (blotter, liquid, microdot) and it doesn't produce the types of hallucinations common among hallucinogens, however you could have got an 25(x)-nbome which is different than LSD and fairly prevalent these days or a Do(x) chemical which have some that are substituted amphetamines.

 

Yeah..maybe. I'm positive that it was acid and there was someone else in the group who was giving out bunk shit. That was my first time trippin balls on acid, I had done it before but it was not nearly as intense as this. Either way I was fucked up on something, it was december 21st the end of the world lol. At one point I was like "I don't care what I'm on! I'm trippin balls and that's ok cuz ITS THE END OF THE WOOOOORLD!" Lol. The effects felt kinda like meth cuz I couldn't sleep, but I've heard of people staying awake on acid too

 

Never tried it,but I've been here in Springfield 8 years and have seen young folks completely lose their looks, their teeth and any sense that they are walking down the street waving their arms ,grinding their jaws----looks like bad shit to me.

 

Yeah constant prolonged use can do that. I only had the problem of grinding my teeth, it just feels good to do that when you're tweakin out. I'm glad I went through what I went through, I learned that this shit is stupid and I have no reason to do it again. I don't want to ruin my life.

don't smoke crystal meth! It totally fucked up a good relationship I had, and it hard as hell fixing it now, I've been clean from it for a bit over a year. It may be fun at first, I used to smoke, shoot, and cook crystal meth have seriously fucked myself up from it. Now I'm finally going somewhere positive. You will go nowhere doing meth but spin in circles...oh I did all kinds of shit on meth, phished accounts, cloned phones, phreaked, cracked networks so I could go carding online signed into someone elses wifi network, then use my dumps behind a network of proxies so that person I hacked didn't get in trouble for it..

Is that how you wanna live, you'll end up in jail, or get caught up with the wrong people...I don't know where you're at, what city ur in, but it don't really matter cuz the dope game is what it is and it usually don't end up making you a career, u usually end up in prison. I used to be in to all of it, and all that came with it and I would not wanna go back to that...it WILL seriously fuck up any relationship you are in or get in to the point of miserable. I don't just say this to say it, I've been the shit that hit the fan, ya feel me.

I've done it 3 times as well, I really enjoyed it and the first time I did it my cousin and I smoked a 1/2 a g in two days, which was quite a bit for my first time, and for about a week after that I craved it slightly, then when that was done with the other two times I did it once I came down I slept and didn't develop a craving. I love uppers such as focalin and ritalin, so meth was like an extreme version of those.

 

I'm sorry for what you went through. U have a good point. I had a boyfriend last year who told me he did meth sometimes. Later on after we broke up, I found out he got hooked and went to jail

 

^yeah, it will totally ruin relationships, the mind games can be ridiculous....and a former friend of mine is possibly facing 15 years...for manufacture of meth...don't think you'll ever get to that level...well I didn't start out cooking either, I started out copping with other users, then smurfing for the cooks with other users, once I started getting to know the cooks, I'd learn things from them, and do cooks with them, eventually doing my own cooks.

This fool got caught with over an ounce of product plus the chemicals and shit..so he's probly fucked and im sure slamming his head against the concrete walls of his cell.

 

Don't ever do it. I accidentally got a hold of some, thinking I was scoring coke. I decided to try it, IV'd it for the first time and I loved it. However, I could not stop, and I ended up in jail. This drug will destroy you, I am quitting all drugs because of meth.

 

My step brother was addicted to meth for 11 years. It got really bad and it broke my heart to see him in his addiction but there was nothing I could do to help him. I tried. Finally he met a girl that wouldn't put up with it. She moved him 90 miles away from his druggie friends and kept him there for about 4 years. He got clean and had to prove himself to her. He's been clean 8 years now. He's married with 2 perfect little boys. They moved back to town and he has remained clean. He's doing really well but he knows he has to stay away from those people he used to hang out with. Somehow he came out of it without any long term side effects...so far. We'll see how his brain holds up as he gets older. I'm so proud of him for beating it but he admits that it's a constant struggle. It's not easy. He has also said that he doesn't think he would be able to say no if it were offered to him. Because of that he and his wife aren't very social. They prefer to stay home where they know nothing will happen.
