I'm sure that most ppl in here got an understanding about what's the roots of all our global/local troubles.

I'm sure most of us consider Putin to be a fascist, but please tell me what the hell Putins fascist regime has anything to do with the ordinary working class russian? Is it fair, for instance, to detonate a bomb in the Moscow metro filled with working class russians, while Putin and his gang never need to fear a bomb, since they're always escorted by police in their decadent limousines?
But yes, I wish for the independence of Chechnya, ofcourse. Defend, but do not attack, please.

    love and understanding,

That sounded like an attack from me, sorry. But if I understand you the way I wish you are, I think, in fact that I agree with you! But in case you defend murder, I do not agree - no matter in which ideological case.

Chechnya is ont sonding the right message. Violence will provoke more violence.

If they truly want to prove a point, then let them bloody murder government officials, not innocent civilians.

I agree with you that violence provokes violence...but what I'm saying is this:

A country comes into your county and tortures/murders 300,000 of your people. How would you react? Wave it off and say it happens? No you wouldnt, would you? The Chechen Rebels have every right to launch attacks on Russians...the Russians do it on Chechens every single day for over 10 years. Its called fair treatment. Russians kill this many, and then everyone gets mad because someone killed 90 Russians....Suck it up and get your head out of your ass Putin.

    Just my $.02

India would never had reached independence from the english, if violence had been a part of Gandhis strategy!

We live in a time in which the strong leaders see their socalled terrorists anywhere. 9/11 was a big excuse for Putin to slaughter the people of Chechnya.
"They are all terrorists", Putin said, and Dick Cheney almost ejaculated in his pants, when he heard that Putin would join Bush's 'crusade' named "War on Terror". But Putin only did it as an excuse to slaughther people in Chechnya.

We are many supporters (of Chechnyan independence) right now around the world. Just remember that this whole global solidarity wither if the partisans new strategy is killing civilians. They'll lose all global support (and thereby all public legitimization) immediately.

    love,
    -wolfie.

...or are we discussing 'eye for an eye'?...

...in case that's your ideology, count me off, please. I can't reach you then (and you can't reach me).

    -love (with all respect).

I have to agree with BraveSirRubin for once, the Chechen rebels like the IRA in Ireland in the past lost all credibility when they started targetting civilians and not just the russian army and government.
