My girlfriends sister is a lesbian, her and he wife have been trying various ways of having a child. They dont have alot of money so rather than using a proper sperm clinic, they have been using various websites that provide men who donate sperm very cheaply, as dodgy as that sounds it is legit. The method they have been using is trying to insert the sperm in to her (the sister) after it has been donated. They have been trying for months and it has not worked, they now have no money left to carry on with this method! My girlfriend has mentioned the possibility of me donating sperm to her sister for free, something that i dont think i have a problem with. The other issue is that my girlfriend feels that the best way is to have proper sex rather than using other methods. (i should mention she is bi, but has happily married a woman) So my questions are, can two people have sex just for the sake of conceiving a baby without it having any damaging effects on either couples involved and is the fact their child going to technically be mine going to cause issues in the future!? sounds like it could be complicated, but it could also work out. If you get along well with the sister, and her partner is not crazy jealous or insecure, it could work out well. Maybe even be kind of a bonding experience. No guarantees, but it sounds like it could be a good thing. Maybe trust your own intuition on this one, imho. Definitely sounds like a better (and cheaper) way for her to get pregnant than with getting sperm from some random sketchy guy who has 38 different genetic diseases, etc. Some counseling to make sure that everyone has thought this through and is ok with it might be a good idea for everyone hope that this all works out, good luck!
^ that may be a legal issue that can be resolved with a written agreement, but I'm not sure. I don't think that you can go after sperm donors for child support, and that may be because there was a legal agreement ahead of time
For a guy, the answer would be yes. Most of us guys can readily have sex for the sake of sex, or any other reason. Why not have some fun with it and do a threesome with your girlfriend and her sister? As far as the legal issues, get her sister to go to a lawyer to draw up an agreement where you give up your paternal rights to the child before conception, and you both sign it, so you can't be held legally responsible for providing child support. As long as she signs a document saying that she is waiving her rights to child support from you, the document will be legally binding. I know a woman who did that very thing because she wanted to have a child but didn't want to get married to do it, so she found a guy who would father the child and she waived her rights to claim any child support from him.
Well everyone its going good so far. We decided to do it. Me and my gf sister have been having regular sex for a couple of weeks but no pregnancy yet. We decided that the best solution for everyone would be that everytime we have sex that my girlfriend is in the room too, not joining in but in the room. Everything is going good and everyone seems happy.

If you are going to do this go with an anonymous donor that you are in no way able to find. Sperm donor contracts are considered civil contracts and they can be overturned by family law as according to family law you can not be unaccountable for any child even with a contract. These contract are being over turned in court when the sperm donor is known. It falls under the rights of the child.
Just regular sex, purely for the purpose of conceiving a baby. She doesent really encourage, just watches.
