I am a disabled vet 80%; I have been going to school through a veterans counselor Roger Deason of the Washington D.C. vocational rehabilitation program. And I am angry, this guy has been playing games with my time and supplies for school for months. He pretends that he does not have the paper work he needs and he does not know when my benefits will be ready and so forth. I have started the MBA program through a online school and I am supposed to receive a laptop because of my disabilities and a loan for to help me move into another place.
He asked for me to send paper work signed to his office and he asked for me to fax other paper work to the school. I literally had to walk five miles from were I lived to fax the paper work at Staples, and send it to the school with my personal money. I call him and inform him that I have done this and he does not respond to emails until he wants to and here is some of his responses.

Am I being set up for failure here?

That is how my Veterans counselor speaks to me it is very unprofessional and there is no one that you can call to stop his actions. He is a government worker and this is his level of professionalism? They are to busy with so many cases that you are always at the bottom of the list. This is what you get being a disabled vet and filling all the paperwork out on time they ask for and meeting their deadline. Considering that he will be able to go home in his comfortable car and or he will be able to sit at his comfortable desk at work while you a person trying to be prepared for classes and trying to meet deadlines are frustrated ... he could care less. Itz a joke to him;

Some one explained to me thiz notion: "If all the veterans asked for their benefitz at one time, the government would go broke, therefore they try to shove many veterans off so they do not have to pay them."

I did not believe this but I have been living it for the last few yearz dealing with them. They try to not pay and not give the benefitz that was put on paper for you.

So I finally found out that the form needed for the computer needed the top filled out by you; therefore she has to send it back to you and then you will have to send it back to her. I do not understand why this was not filled out at first or some communication between your office and her office did not occur. I am not trying to be pushy but my classes have already started and I am the one suffering with out the essentials that I need. I have now filed and communicated as much as I can possibly do, my classes have started and I need others that are supposed to support me to do that. I do not have any supplies that I need for the classes either, but I have to speak to Catherine Hartman about that issue.
I spoke with voc rehab management two days ago and they informed me that revolving loan should be able to processed any day now. Can you please let me know when that can happen.

I show this information to show the unprofessional and disrespect and lack of care that is shown to many of us. Most people never speak out but some one haz to start .... and if itz me so be it. I will probably have issues for doing thiz but so what itz better than sitting around and getting pushed around for thingz that were told to be yourz but "not actually."


I mean this guy literally has laughed at me in his office when speaking of some of my injuries, he has told me that "I did not want to work..." and many other bizarre actionz ... If I have to work around him I probably do not want to work...



This is what the tax dollar goes towards...

Well now I am being punished for telling this information, they have cut off all of my disability benefitz ... But I knew they would, itz the price you pay for being a honest character.
Now I havent been paid for three months of college from Veterans affairs, also the guy goez behind my back and ask questionz to my college counselor but she just sends the emails to me she has gotten tired of his gamez as well ....

I will post the emailz in the future...

 

Just for your legal safety, it is important that you ask permission from the sender to post their emails publicly. If the sender finds these emails (and doing a google search of some of the quotes will bring you right to this thread) they can charge you for revealing privately spoken information to a public forum.

But as far as the whole picture here, whoever that person is, is an ass! People for some reason become jealous of people who receive benefits for their disablilties. That's ridiculous! Tell them you'll break their legs and chop their arms off so they can receive their own benefits and quit being upset about you gettiing yours.

 

I could care less whatz against the lawz ... lol I cant even get these liars to pay my benefits on time and they already have lawz against telling on them . The laws just protect them so that no body finds out about the people they are harassing...

Itz like a rapist silencing itz victim, that is the way most laws work in this country ... just that no one ever sayz it...

 

Now thiz iz what I recieved from veterans affairs for christmaz...

They sent me the wrong laptop and told me to deal with it...

They sent the laptop to the old address I used to live at...

My conselor cut my pay short telling me that I was only 3/4 time in school ... even though it states on the veterans website that one class for online schools is full time...

I still dont understand why people that dont know their own policiez are allowed to try and harrass me... lol



Then I called Inspector General and they would not call me back...

I called the supervisors of vocational rehabilitation for the last three dayz and they wont call back...




Well so much for actual care for people...

I could not do thiz kind of stuff to people especially disabled people ... itz pretty sad


And the funny part is that the counselors are paid from the money recieved from each individual soldiers GI Bill packet...


Basically these people are getting paid from veterans time in service... and disrespecting them right to their face...


If I did the program through social security from the state I would be paid the money they get from my GI Bill program...

"I learned that information a few weekz back and it blew my mind they are getting pay from me and wont pick up the phone because they know the counselors are pulling every trick in the book to make sure you do not finish college... that keepz more money in the pot"

 

Well boyz and girlz it iz fun time again ... the same old counselor haz started hiz gamez again .... abuser never quit their fun job....

So I have been carrying along in school pretending not to pay attention to his small little tricks each month ... But now I have to due to the fact that he quit answering my emails as a veterans counselor...

And his supervisor has quit working there ... NEW GAME


Thiz iz due to me not failing courses as well as knowing that I need the pay to pay bills and keep my classes going ....


From what I see they have ruined the class that I am in and plan on pretending that my funding is done and I cannot do anymore.

Therefore he can show that even though I was supposed to receive these benefits; it matters not because he can stop it due to his own emotional effects ....


It has been six days from the first I sent him the information he asked for and then asked him if he received the information ... that's when he stopped answering the emails.
Its all a game be

 

Well I cant get to the physical therapist each week on the military post ... therefore I pay for a gym with the money I go to school with ... thiz iz the third gym membership I have lost due to veterans affairs halting my pay for their problems...
Also I have lost my telephone number trusting them as well as places to live; they give no notice ... they just cut your funding and blame it on some one else or they will find a way to blame it on the disabled veteran ...


More people need to speak out and not give up when people are doing them or their family harm. That iz one of the reasonz we all can communicate; thiz iz not a 'Poor Me' rant ... it iz so that people know the mechanicz of how you or your family can be robbed...

So after they do thiz to a person and you finally get in contact with them they will sit back and smirk or treat you rude hoping you get angry, then they can throw your paperwork out...
Right now I am missing out on my class, I could be finished by thiz year with my masters degree butttt after all the mix upz they have caused I will not be finished until next September or later.


So read what I write for psychological mechanicz not the 'poor me' story ... of course I wish they would straighten up their actz but itz doubtful after six yearz of dealing with their crap... grown adultz playing child gamez with a society they taught maturity ... lol

 

I am still blogging on thiz issue ...

Well I have gotten a hold of the state of Virginia and they went to see my counselor... But now the counselor has moved to another position...

I have sent the Supervisor of Veterans Affairs of Washington D.C. three recent emails and she answers non of them... Also they have not given me a new counselor therefore I will not know anything about my case and have no one to speak to about it...

Basically I believe they see veterans as some thing to play around with due to the fact they have your information and benefits situation. What I have been informed to do is go and speak with the Senator of Virginia, it is sad to have to do this because of unprofessional workers in the government but it is what has to be done.

Basically some one working for the government cannot do their job or wont do their job knowing that they will be paid no matter what. I believe they are looking for confrontational situations, therefore they act in certain fashions to cause problems and then they 'accidentally' have problems with your paper work or whatever.

I am glad that this situation happened to me so that I can see how the government really works and how sneaky and low grade they cheat people and rob them and try to make others look as if they caused problems for themselves.

Once again I am 80% disabled and was trying to finish a Masters degree program ... I only have 30 credits left to go. Veterans affairs in the middle of finishing my degree stopped answering my emails 'their supervisor' and also have not paid me for five months ... how could any one complete anything with people allowed to get away with lies and have the ability to stop doing their jobs...

In the future I will post emails displaying exactly what I have said above ... the emails are actually from veterans affairs.


Basically if they are going to try to put blame upon me and not help or do their job ... I am going to show exactly how they did it and how they lied ... therefore every one can see how it workz and their lack of human sanity...

 

It really makez no sense and they lie far to much to people. It seems that they find it funny to be cold to people it seems to be a type of psychological satisfaction for ruining other peoples lives or trying to. It seems to be fun unless it iz happening to them or their families, which is a form of excessive greed and low self esteem.

When you only feel good from harming otherz it iz a psychological low self esteem problem.


I proved this scenario pertaining to these people by continuing on in the situation that I am in. Basically I know that they will not never stop messing up my pay and causing me problems because it is fun to people with low self esteem. I am capable of going through with this because I wanted them to be seen for what they are. They have done everything possible to make sure I do not complete my degree and that I would never be paid therefore I would never be able to keep a consistent place to live or any other things that I would need.
I believe they want people to see this so that they can have people fear them if you don't let them get away with stuff or if you complain about them not meeting standards. It is a basic form of rape and pup petering...

 

Well on with the show ... I hope you all are enjoying the show because it will probably cost me my life ...
I realized last night that now I am satisfied i will not persu the rest or finish my masters degree. The government likez to have confrontational situationz with people basically it likez to start fightz with individualz because it knowz it has backup and no one will go against the grain because they receive their paycheckz from them. I on the other hand will go agianzt the grain because I believe in moralz and common sense, I just cant let some one hit me over the head all day and not say anything about it.
So now that I know they have been taking my paycheckz for the last three yearz as I walk to the library to finish classes in the snow, rain, and on torn tendons that wont heal, as well as a pelvis that wont stay in joint... I am now finished ....
The reason why is due to the fact that my health will not sustain this any more and also I know that no matter what degree I get life will be the same around these people. In other wordz it wont matter what degree I have they will just screw me over as they have done for the last three yearz. No matter what I have a doctorz degree or a masters or a floating in the air degree 'lol' these people will steal my time and my efforts... I refuse to allow them to take any more of my time and play stupid gamez upon me while I struggle to meet a goal at 80% disability rating "well before they removed my rating".

It iz embarrassing to know these people, it iz embarrassing to know that I live in a country with people like thiz. It iz embarrassing that otherz have to exist among thiz low grade excuse for wasting peoplez time. Basically as long as I have been writing about thiz and years before these people have watched injured people walk around waiting for their pay and benefitz while laughing and making up excuses in their mind to play dumb!!!

I will however continue to put them in their place as monsters, next week on tuesday I have to meeting with a Virginia state board member about the issue and call the supervisor of veterans affairs at the same time. She will have to explain why there is a paycheck sitting for me from the first of thiz month till now that has not been processed'it takez one day for a check to hit my direct deposit' but they have been pretending they are working hard to get a check to me,'A DAV worker explained to me that they are lying and wasting my time. It iz also the reason why I will not be able to eat one meal thiz weekend, but I bet that she will have a very nice weekend.

In regards to your debt, the debt is going to be waived. I am now working with finance to issue a check to you in the amount that was withheld. I am out of the office tomorrow, but will return on Friday. When I left today, they were working on the repayment so hopefully I will have an update for you on Friday.

I guess the reason why I am so adamant about thiz situation iz due to the fact that when I waz 16 and kicked out on the street for something I didnt really do 'which really they just wanted to get rid of the extra eater in the house anyway'. I finally made my way to the military, all that I wanted to do at that age waz go to college, therefore I went back and earned my GED and Highschool diploma just to meet the standardz of my job. They knew that I had poor posture in the feet at that time but still had me run between two to ten milez every day instead of giving me a profile for running. Therefore over the yearz it destoryed my feet, it ripped musclez in both of my legs called meniscus 'that are still torn', also it gave me arthritis in the back.
But anyway I went in the military for the opportunity to complete my degree and worked hard at the goal...
Well now it iz worthlezz they have had fun destroying what I and many other people have worked hard for ... Thankz a lot for showing me who you truely are people ... You wear suitz and pretend to the public that your real people ... but down under you are ashamed to be know that is why you hide because you enjoy taking what does not belong to you ...

No one wants to attack you ... I am just embarrassed to say that I know you

 

Stovall - try to get straight to the point when you're corresponding with them. Save your personal judgement and criticism for your best friend or therapist. Yeah, you're frustrated but emailing these "paper pushers" your novels isn't gonna help your situation. Keep it concise, professional in appearance, and use a spell checker. You're not going to be taken seriously when you send them chicken scratch and misspelled garbage.

By the way, what branch were you in?

Thiz iz a long process of abuse so I might not finish this post for another year ... Generally they drag thingz out till the person iz tired of dealing with them ... but thiz time I will not quit ...

So now Roger Deason has been moved to another position ... Also the person that I had as a counselor of veterans affairs for Ashford University went away 'both at the same time' ....

I believe they have done their dirty work and now are given a new position ... No one getz fired in a lot of G.S. positions ... And since Roger Deason is gone from the position no one can question what looks like a huge pile of problems crazy crap that falls on no one but me the student ... THANK YOU VETERANS AFFAIRS ... but i know thiz game ...

I have to appeal the past class I did not pass 'not because of honest failure' but due to non payment in October by Roger Deason and due to weather conditions 5 degrees outside electricity shut down... etc...

But I am forsure the school knows who I am and are tryin to shake me off the last appeal I did I explained that the veterans counselor had errored and showed them were and what have you ... But they denied my appeal explaining that they could not see were not receiving your funds as student would hold a student up from being able to complete a course ...

I bet they do not accept my Appeals for due to it being past 16 days even though everything was shut down every were and I bet they deny me ... because itz easier for me to take a loss than Ashford University and Veterans Affairs to admit their people are lazy, screwups, and liars .... for that almighty paycheck ... no honor ....

I know thiz routine ... in life if a problem iz long and dragging then people want to shake you off from them ... I am fine because I am going all the way and by myself ... I BELIEVE IN ME!!!

AND I AM RIGHT ...

I believe that is something to fight for ...

I do not believe the government ever had enough fundz to pay all the soldierz for school and I bet the more time a soldier spends in the service the quicker and the more accurate his school time will be .... 'Some one should take that statistic'

I have no problem with that if that iz what you would have explained from the beginning ...

 

Well just as I had said above about the Veterans Affairs pup-petering and Ashford University placate

I explained to every one above exactly what waz going to happen... first because two classes were dropped in the middle I was dismissed from the school. Second veterans affairs moved Roger Deason some were else, all the people disappeared that should have been questioned about their work ethic and about why they were not able to do their job.
So now I am supposed to keep calling every one and no on cares or knowz who Roger Deason is nor does the school care to hear excuses about what Veterans Affairs did they just need their money. I cannot even appeal the situations because I tried to get veterans affairs to send a letter stating that I was not paid for many months over the last three years.


Basically thatz the entire game ... to set people up for failure ... then like cowards run and hide and laugh ...

I like these kind of creatures because they are pretending to be human ...



So for three yearz or so I have literally been crawling to go to class and walking through rain sleet and snow putting up with people lying right to my face closing a door and laughing their azz off ... but I am supposed to like these people???
And no not one day was I rude to them or disrespectful ... how do you know ??? Go back to the first page and look at the emailz I sent them and look at the rudeness I received from them in the emails...

Basically these people have wasted three yearz of my life because they are looney ...

So now I have to get a form from Veteranz affiars that explainz their guilt ... lol ... like that will totally happen ... muhahahah ... lol

So I keep playing thiz slow slug game of "I do not know sir what happened"; "I sorry sir I am out of the office this week"; " Ahhh sir there are so many people in front of you and we are short staffed"...

So any money I receive now iz just catch up money for THREE YEARZ of no paymentz on and off... for what???
