I get infected sinuses fairly often. What clears it up for me is a combo of Golden Seal & Echinacea. :grouphug:

Oh Roamy. I do not 'go to the doctor' unless I have a broken bone or bleeding uncontrollable. My body should take care f itself. Doctor prescribe poison and I'm not fond of taking poison.

I self medicate with herbs and diet. It's getting better, it's just affecting my vision in these last stages of, whatever it is.

Any time Mary, glad I could help.

In the good old days I always tried to operate on what I call the 'hippy redundancy theory' or 'tell three hippies' when there was something important to remember.

Oh sista... check it. They make almost perfect square
Shaped clouds here that cover the whole city and surrounding
Areas. The sun can't filter through but it don't rain. I flew out and saw this a couple yrs back. The sun was just a shinin and blue skies.. bit ya wouldn't have known it down on the ground. These trails are every fucking day over austin. Of course it flooded recently... the lake still ain't full enough with having been in a drought for so long. Then ya add mold and cedar allergies! Oh this sounds awful.
Gotta stay proactive and keep kickin butt with light n love! Stay strong my sister texan! ((( ♡ )))

    QUOTE=shameless_heifer;7846284]Hi Kimmie,

I think all this crap everyone is getting is from the chemtrails, they have been chriss crossing the northeast texas sky with them on what seems like a monthly basis, usually right before they make the rain storms, to bring it down on our farmlands.

    thanks sweetie

    love you [/QUOTE]

thank you Mary.. this is really shocking.. I'm still taking it in.. I think taking the best care you can with natural food, herbal remedies etc is the way forward.. the decision makers are not going to be immune.. where do they live?
Great that Lynn's vitality has been restored in time to enjoy the hunting season.. how's that going? Do you go hunting?

    Hi Maura,

I use to hunt. I haven't hunted in a while tho'. I'll wrap it jerk it fry it roast it bake it and broil it, but hunt it, not so much. I like to fish more than hunt.

Hunting season is in the cold weather, rain and sleet. I don't like to be out in that kind of weather. Now set my pole with a worm or shiner and I am happy as a two humped camel in a four Wednesday month.

Lynn hasn't had much luck shooting a buck, bc he has not seen one close enough to shoot at. There are a few doe hanging around the feeder but he has to wait till Thanksgiving to bag a doe.

I have been keeping myself busy making Honey Mead and Grape Wine. Me and my niece Angel made 3 gallons of Honey Mead and 1 Gallon of Wine from my vines of red grapes. I made jelly out of most of the grapes but ran out of pectin so I froze the grape juice and decided to make some wine from it.

One batch of mead should come off a day before thanksgiving ( 11/27 ) so we will be able to share it with the family on TG day when they come to gather together and share their best thanksgiving recipes.

Everyone brings a covered dish and we all give thanks and eat till we go into food comas as ppl drift in and out to catch the latest football score and to make sure the little ones don't jump in the pond.

The old women cook and talk about the old men. The old men talk about yesteryear when they shot their first buck and the one that got away. The young men boast how they will bring in the trophy and be the big cock of the walk, strutting like roosters. The young girls will giggle and tease the boys when they come back from hunting empty handed.

We will all have a wonderful time and look back as we make fond memories to last until the next time.

I wish you all an abundance of love, happiness and all the food you can eat. It's about being thankful for a change. It's about sharing the bounty we are blessed to receive. It's about the love that radiates from the core of ones soul when reunited with loved ones.

    bright blessings Y'all :grouphug:

There was a WHO study that found that in many cases the local Chinese herbal medicine was far better than big pharm and Western micro surgery was superior.

    Good Morning Ranger

I eat herbs and spices in my food. The key to health is in what you eat. The ultimate would be fresh off the vine, tree, root or bush, hoof, fin and feather, harvested in your area.

If you raise them for the nutrient value for what a body need to function at it peek, with no chemicals or altered genes and get exercise, sunshine and drink fresh clean water, you most likely will not get sick or diseased, would age slower and be stronger for a lot longer in life, live longer too.

But that probably wont happen in the total bc there is no clean water or uncontaminated food or fresh air. Chemtrails took care of that and contaminated our soil and our water and our air.

thank you Mary.. it's hard for city dwellers to imagine a life like yours, & easy to understand why Lynn could never leave his familiar territory.. I was raised on a farm in Ireland, no electricty at that time, & no influences from the outside world.. I've lived in cities all my adult life but have remained a countrywoman in my ways (you can take the gypsy from the wood, but you can't take the wood from the gypsy)..
Your thanksgiving gathering also sounds heavenly.. long may your good fortune continue..

We are blessed to be here to share even if it is through the internet, we still develope feelings for each other and are part of their daily lives in a esoteric way.

We have so many missing persons of late. Kenny, Mike Bedell, Sag Nasty, and now Roamy.. I hope they all come home soon. It's just not Thanksgiving without them. Chris has been scarce but I know he travels a lot.
