sites fucking up again....I see code in the reply box,..cant space...this sucks................. you are wearing your new 200 dollar boots while out on a walk..... you spot a young child drowning..... you know that you will ruin the boots if you save her...there is no time to remove them....what do you do...... of course we all would sacrifice those boots to save a drowning child there is no question about it now.....you are about to buy some 200 dollar boots.....you know that donating the 200 dollars to Oxfam will not only save a childs life but likely several children yet ..... it does not cross your mind because the dying child isn't right in front of you ?

depending on footwear , I may not just jump in. some shoes will help drown you.. the shoes I have on now,, 90.00 Id jump in, they are light. If I had some cowboy boots on, then Im as good as dead jumping in the water with those..

being a river squirrel , we always had some keds or running shoes for the river, before they invented the sport sandal .

 

My cement shoes are heavy ...and my flippers are made to swim
