fucked up and snorted another 15mgs. goddamn it.

 

Just woke up. 20mg Hydrocodone.

 

Codeine #4 every 6 hours and Tramadol 50 Mg same thing.............! Bag of weed for in between!:sunny:

 

16mg exalgo.... Hydromorphone ER and 16-20mg of dilaudid haven't decided yet..... Saw knee surgeon.... Setting up date for surgery...

 

Pork, did your Oxymorphone feed come to an end or did you switch because of what they did to the jail breaking of the anti abuse built in? Never really experienced Hydromorphone when I was using, curious to know how it works for you! Take care BRO!

 

Well...... Here's the deal..... Got busted goimg to two drs.... The one threw me out.... The other would only keep me if I did a suboxone treatment to as the dr said to reset my thermostat lol..... So i did 7 week's of subs..... During that time i had all new mri s done and I told him the 32 mgs wasn't working for pain..... Then did 2weks subs and tramadol..... Nada...... So then they switched me to 28mg dilaudid for 2 weeks....

Last week they changed it to 8mg exalgo a day and 24 mg dilaudid a day..... Better but not working and put on like 30 pounds..... Cant get any oxycodone or oxymorphone till i see an addiction specialist at 300 bucks..... Waiting on my disability..... Gotta go every week now and my wife has to go to..... So I'm paying the price but it beats finding another dr and getting the drug user label.....

 

Good luck Pork. Be careful this time. So can subs even be used for any kind of pain management?

I've done about 160mg Oxy IR throughout the day.

 

He said there have been studies using an internal bupe pump for pain at micrograms like fent. I'm sure for the normal person it can be but because of the ceiling effect of it whatever mg thay would equal eBay I was taking wouldn't work...

The usual maintenance dose Is like 16-24mg the ceiling is 32mg so 100mg would feel tje same as 32mg....and i was on trams with it so...... For withdrawal worked great..... But not for pain after u feel better on ur opana and oxy it's hard to use anything else.... I've put on like 30 pounds cause I can barely walk up the steps on my other meds I was working 40-50-60 hours doing kids football practice 3 days a week and chasing my oil niece around..... Not the past 8 weeks

See the addicrionologist this monday or next depends on me having jury duty then the following Tuesday if he thinks I can handle my oxy my dr will switch me back...... Been totally opiate free for just over a month just to prove i could. Today just picked up 30 3mg hydromorphones. Should be a good time!

Bluez, Sup Bro, good to see you around. Pork, did you say you were taking 32mgs of Bupe at one point? Was that the entire 7 weeks? Bro, if that's the case, you may have completely destroyed any chance of dropping your tolerance for quite a while. Also, the numbers you quote concerning ceiling #s are way off. It's been proven time and again that bupes real ceiling is much lower, and that after ini8tially saturating your system with 8-16mgs/day for 2-3 days, maintenance doses of 3-6mgs is all it takes. However, I understand where you are coming from because my first go round with bupe, I pretty much did what you did, under different circumstances of course. Bupe saturates your tolerance and never really works good for pain control for me, but at low doses did actually ease it a bit, but I'd imagine it doesn't do squat for your pain. Damn, had I known you were made to jump to Bupe, I'd have suggested after 3 days of whatever dose you started on, to drop to 4-6mgs/day, doubtful you would have noticed other than feeling a bit down and of course still in pain until you got used to the lower dose. After the feed of Opana and Oxy you've been through the past year or two, taking that much Bupe would make the Hydromorphone see like 5mg Vics to you! Hope somehow for you to get back to what works for you Brother! LOL, the articles you posted its amazing that place is still open! You're right though, shouldn't be a problem!

ate 25mgs of hydro earlier, and didnt seem to do dick! i mean i was high, little euphoria, but not that great overall.... it was free though so cant complain.

 

i was unaware that 3mg dillies existed....huh. what imprint on em?

 

sorry if my numbers are off, lol.....its hard to keep all these numbers and appointments straight, lol the 32mgs was only for 2-3 weeks after working up to it like every 2-3 weeks he changed it up one, went to 32mg for a week down to 24 with 3 50mg trams then back up to 32mg with trams then went to 28mg dilaudid for like a week or two then to 24mg dilaudid and an 8mg exalgo er for a week, now im having problems with insurance company covering meds since i got busted, i fucked up good i guess, lol so once they wouldnt cover the exalgo i got changed to 32mg dilaudid. thats where im at now.

for 7 8mg exaLGOs with no insurance was 120 some bucks crazy right!!!!! no jury duty on monday so i see the "crooked" addictionologist monday, followed by my pm dr on tuesday...

he actually doesnt work at that bhh anymore he opend his own spot where they dont take insurance, cash only, so im sure ill be ok.. i have taken every med as prescribed for the past 8 weeks so im proud!!!!

i know i fucked up and im paying for it, but hopefully i can get things back on track, and get my QOL back, and take care of what i need to

still need to schedule an appointment with my RA dr..... keep yall posted!!

I've taken about 200mg Oxy IR today. 80mg oral, and the rest up the nose. YeeHaw. Feelin' noddy. I'll hopefully have a good nights sleep tonight after tossin' and turnin' all night last night..
